Would 100% come back!
Pros:

Great location, about 9-10 minutes away from High 1 Mountain. Rooms are really nice, great for a few nights while out skiing/snowboarding. They also speak English. There’s a CU inside the hotel and 7-11 directly outside, along with a Ski/Snowboard rental store right outside also that provides a shuttle up the mountain.

Cons:

The lobby smelled like the bathroom.

Cheap, rundown and unpleasant service
Pros:

The price was reasonable

The rooms were ok and the place was clean enough for a mid tier budget hotel

Cons:

Staff were rude and not helpful. I asked the front desk to call for a taxi because I am a foreigner and they kept trying to make me call directly despite not being busy.

When we arrived just after 2pm, they tried to charge us for early check in (check in is at 3pm). When we left our bags, it was sitting in a public area near the lobby desk (not secured in a cloak room). They only cleaned our rooms every two days and instead left a plastic bag full of new towels and water bottles. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work and the hallway had missing lights which created an eerie vibe.

The lack of a hotel specific shuttle bus means you have to catch a public bus with casino regulars to get to the High1 resort. I had a lot of unwanted attention around my children with compulsive gamblers wanting to touch them for good luck. If you have a young family, I’d stay away from the bus.

Cons:

No hot tub/ Spa or fitness centre as advertised, no restaurant or room service and no customer service from staff.

Awful and I’d like someone at Booking.com to contact me
Pros:

I have tried to contact Booking.Com regarding this accommodation from the 26th Dec as the hotel staff were very rude and unhelpful and I’ve received no reply from Booking.com or can’t get through on the phone. This experience from the hotel and booking.com has been atrocious

Pros:

위치가 좋고 주변에 음식점과 편의점 등 편의시설이 많음. 숙소가 매우 깔끔함. 가격에 비해 매우 좋은 퀄리티임. 호텔 곳곳에 라마다 호텔의 흔적이 남아있는데, 과거 라마다 호텔이었던 것으로 추정됨.

Wow, impressed!
Pros:

This place had an elegant luxury feel about it and was easy to find next to the road. It has good parking, easy check in, moody and comfy rooms with amazing beds! The bathroom feels high end and the staff member I met spoke English and helped us check in. Walkable distance to many restaurants and cute walking paths.

Cons:

A bit confusing since two hotels share the same building, but easy enough!
