Well me and my partner was celebrating his birthday so we booked a ATX trip never been drove from htx where we stay and
Pros:

First thing when you pull up you can immediately tell it’s a new build and they keep up with the exterior appearance. Appearance is very important at first glance it set the tone

Cons:

The only complaint was truly just not being able to turn left out of the hotel having to do a U-Turn other than that no complaints

Great, friendly, and helpful staff. Best breakfast ever.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had air conditioner problems in one room that could not be fixed promptly. The friendly staff changed rooms for us. The new room was way better but the noisy air conditioner kept waking us up. It was cooler in the room which helped.

Loved it, will go again and recommend.
Pros:

Great area, all staff were super kind and very accommodating.

Cons:

There was only one issue in the room, the bathroom toilet lever was very loose.

Would stay here again and recommend to friends.
Pros:

The rooms are very nicely equipped and designed. Fresh, good quality breakfast. Fitness facility was nice. Games that were available in the lobby for guest use was a nice touch.

Cons:

Pool was beautiful, but unfortunately it was not open during our stay.

Pros:

We loved everything it was perfect we came to this hotel to have a good weekend next time I come to Austin I will be booking again! It was an amazing experience as well we came for a concert and it was just great overall

Cons:

Sadly the pool wasn’t open but other than that it was great!

Pros:

Excellent hotel and price. Everything new the rooms are very comfortable! The bed, mattress and pillows are so comfortable the service is excellent

We were never allowed to check in the woman at the front desk canceled our reservation she said.

Cons:

She was not allowing me to check in because she was trying to charge me a pet fee for my service animal, though I was trying to show her Bonvoy policy online and also the ADA requirements, she was rude and wouldn’t listen and turned us away. She even called the police on me while I was on the phone with Marriott in her lobby, trying to peacefully resolve the issue.
