Our stay was great, we will be back.

Clean the hotel is very new, looks great and the staff is very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Well we did have to change rooms because the 1st room the ac was very loud.

New property that was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

The air conditioning system is incredibly loud! It’s also close to a main road, but was not noticeably loud at night.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Cons:

Breakfast selection is embarrassingly subpar but most importantly, accommodations are NEVER met here. Always get put in a room or floor we didn’t request. We call and make requests and confirm and then arrive and it’s “oh sorry”. No offer for complimentary drink or appetizer. We actually decided to give it another shot and are staying for Labor Day weekend, my birthday, and same thing. Nothing was honored. We even followed the instructions from staff and they still didn’t honor our requests. First floor bc we have a dog; patio/balcony; etc. we get put on 3rd floor; and just told “sorry”. Then said, well our top tier guests get first priority. And you failed to explain that during ALL IF THR instructions you told us to follow. Or when we called; you couldn’t say, “we see you’re not top tier so you may not get your request, or you won’t technically have first priority”. It’s like you LIE and withhold info so you can get your rooms booked. Such a shame and then to only 20% our NEXT stay. Hell no, stfu and get out of here. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I’m here from 9/4-9/6. I bet you won’t even call bc a manager was supposed to and we never got a call or visit.

Excelente acomodação, equipe extremamente qualificada e ótimas acomodações. Quartos novos e limpos, o café da manhã é excelente, com opções variadas feitas pelo chef na hora, de acordo com o dia da semana. (O chef que nos atendeu durante os dias da semana, foi extremamente simpático e prestativo - assim como todos os outros funcionários que nos atenderam). Tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o quarto - acabamos sendo alocados em um quarto com acessibilidade para deficientes, e o banheiro era adaptado o que causou ligeiro desconforto. Eles nos realocaram de quarto prontamente. Excelente hotel e localização muito segura, me senti extremamente seguro tanto com o estacionamento como com o hotel em si. Recomendo
