Bugs and insects
Pros:

Close to G Mall for extending visa. The host very informative and when we wanted to have it more cleaned she sent a cleaner immediately.

Cons:

A lots of bugs and insects. Killed a lot of cockroaches. Not very maintained in an old building it seamed liked. We stayed 2 of 2 nights. Checked out earlier because we did not feel comfortable.

Pros:

I love the view from the balcony esp during night.

Cons:

I like almost everything except the small insects roaming around at times. And the cabinets when you open it have unpleasant odor. And also, the ref is small.

Pros:

It was pretty good. Everything I needed. Easy communication. Nice preparation from the host.

Cons:

The small animals in the bathroom and the noice. People have a hunk hunk marathon in the street. But that is Cebu and Manila.. Sheet not fitted right for the matress.

Comfortable and easy accesss.
Pros:

Near SM and City, very convenient place, near terminal bus.

Cons:

No television reception, I saw small insect, they need to fix the bathroom ceiling.

Not so great but it was alright.
Pros:

I like that it’s so close to the shopping malls and it has a good view of the city.

Cons:

The unit provided bath towels that were covered with dust. I think those towels have been on the shelf or in storage for so long, that it accumulated dust. Staff should have paid more attention.

Use of the elevators were very frustrating. One elevator wasn’t working. Sometimes it would take more than 10-15 minutes just to get downstairs. Elevators stopped at at every or most floors even though no one are coming in. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

We loved out stay. Host was so accommodating. Highly recommended 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Pros:

Nice place, close to SM, very convenient. Complete essentials amneties. We had a very comfortable stay and the unit is so clean. Everything is superb. 😊

Cons:

Condo lobby needs improvement, not so welcoming. But it’s okay.
