For this price was enough cool
Pros:

Low price and relatively clean. Very kind lady working on the roof.

Cons:

Strong smell of cigaretts, dirty towels and lovely cockroach.

Nội thất thì khá mới và đa số đều dùng ổn

Cons:

- Phòng cách âm kém, vào ban đêm có người đi về nên ồn ảnh hưởng tới phòng bên cạnh
- Nhân viên check in không được thân thiện và chưa hỗ trợ khách nhiệt tình
- Phòng có ám mùi rất lạ (mùi hơi chua, ẩm) và nếu có 1 phòng nấu ăn thì cả toà ngửi thấy luôn

Pros:

Elevator - though it was quite small!
Location, though far from Old Quarter, was not inconvenient. I would say there are a lot of places to eat around, and the museum (though wasn't great) is also near.

Pros:

The room was clean and well maintained. It has the kitchen annex with a single stove, fridge, and some dishes for use. The bathroom was a wet type with no shower curtain but had really hot water under the shower. The location is in a smaller alley, with quiet surroundings.

Không bao giờ quay lại chỗ nghỉ ERA NKT này thêm 1 lần nào nữa…
Pros:

Chỗ nghỉ ngay phố Nguyễn Khánh Toàn nên thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và ăn uống. Phòng yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi. Đi lại tự do vì mỗi khách được cung cấp khoá gắn chip mở riêng biệt. Xung quanh chỗ nghỉ có nhiều quán coffee view đẹp và cửa hàng bán đồ ăn khá ngon miệng.

Cons:

Lần quay lại này tôi đã phải đổi phòng tận 3 lần mới tạm ưng ý. (R704 bồn rửa chỗ bếp tắc => R403 điều hoà không được mát => R404 sử dụng tạm). Tôi đã ở cơ sở ERA này khá nhiều lần nhưng càng lúc càng thấy chất lượng dịch vụ đi xuống, không có sự cải thiện chút nào. Đặc biệt lần này thái độ của cô/chị tiếp đón càng làm cho tôi thấy khó chịu, cảm thấy không bao giờ muốn quay lại chỗ này. Để KH đứng chờ bao lâu (cô/chị ấy dọn phòng trên tầng), khi KH phản ánh tình trạng trong phòng thì nên lắng nghe và tiếp nhận rồi xử lý từ từ, cô/chị lại nói trong đt là “nói lắm thế” mặc dù tôi rất bình tĩnh khi nói chuyện. Vãi cả 1 câu nói, tụt hết cảm xúc lẫn cảm tình dành cho chỗ nghỉ.
