Cons:

I didn’t stay. I had booked a room with access to the club lounge. No one told me that the lounge was closed. It was only after checking in when I asked that I was informed of this. So, I cancelled my booking. The receptionist was very helpful with this .

Cons:

Dirty carpet and curtain in the room. No soap in bathroom. Western restaurant closed. Room service menu really limited.
