I was told to call to get refund however no one answered at all nd has never called bck.

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

There were dead bugs on the bed as well as the window. It was supposed to be smoke free and there was used cigarettes everywhere! The door didn’t seal at all, you could see light come in from around the whole door. The whole place seemed very unsafe, people were buying drugs right in parking lot. My daughter and grandbabies and I were scared the whole time. This was July 4 and booking nor the hotel has called back or done nothing

Depressing stay during a difficult trip

Closer to restaurants, semi decent price considering

Cons:

Did not really feel safe, not comfortable walking around. Thin walls so could hear a lot of noise. Breakfast was pitiful-either make your own waffle or a bagel to toast. Only OJ or water to drink

Mattress was good.

Cons:

Skeevy, shabby motel in all respects. Located in very skeevy area. Customers also seem skeevy and more than a little creepy. Glad to leave this place in AM.

Worst motel we've stayed at in decades. Rooms are very small, very near unfurnished. Bare bones in all respects. Location is skeevy. Patrons also skeevy.

The staff was attentive.

Cons:

There was a No Work Notification on the window. The bed frame was metal and so it was noisy with every move. The room remodel was not done with a skilled carpenter. The TV didn't work. The area has construction going on and was going on all night. I think the chain needs to verify this location. I will never trust the brand again.

Front desk on the morning shift of departure, breakfast, coffee, you had to slam the door to closeit, and you didn't have privacy because of the pull down shade
