Accueil Exceptionnel, service de qualité et chambre très propre!
Pros:

L'accueil a été EXCELLENT à tous les niveaux que ça soit à la réception grâce aux professionnalisme d'Imane et d'Abdou. Ils m'ont tous les 2 rassuré et ont répondu parfaitement à ma demande.
De plus, je suis arrivée très tard et m'ont accueilli avec un sourire.
Ils méritent tous une augmentation ainsi que les valets de chambre qui fournissent des efforts au quotidien. Elles contribuent fortement à la satisfaction clientèle, ne les oublions pas.
Leur produits d'hygiènes sont incroyable de la marque BIO Argan. Je vois la difference car mes cheveux sont plus nourris.
PS: la literie on en parle, c'est du luxe.

Tesis çok temiz. Çok bakımlı . Marakeş te kalınacak yüzde yüz bir tesis . Çalışanlardan özellikle Mohammed ve Ibtissam in özel ilgisinden ve severek çalışmalarından çok mutlu olduk .
