I had a wonderful two-night stay at the Swiss Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

A special thank you to the concierge, Mohamed, for his outstanding hospitality. He has a fantastic personality, is warm, professional, and always ready to help. His excellent service truly enhanced my stay.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Ibtissam this afternoon before checking out. She was incredibly kind, humble, welcoming, and highly professional. She made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.

Every member of the team was exceptional—courteous, attentive, and committed to providing first-class service. Their professionalism and dedication made my stay truly memorable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning next week. I highly recommend the Swiss Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality.

Staff were really nice especially Ibtissam.

Cons:

The shower head had mold. I noticed it after I had showered myself with moldy water. Since then i am really really unwell. I am already ill and mold exposure only aggravates my symptoms.

Das Hotel war klasse! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere doe Rezeptionistin Imane! Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gepflegt. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The hotel is well located in Gueliz, a short walk from the train station and not far from the airport. The staff is very welcoming. In addition the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I only stayed one night, but I would definitely return with my family. Furthermore, there are cafes and shops nearby, and the medina is easily accessible.

Notre séjour a été super tout le personnel a été adorable. Surtout Imane qui nous a suivi tout au long de notre séjour.Les chambres sont très propre et fonctionnel. En tout cas nous vous remercions et nous savons qu’à notre retour de Marrakech c’est dans cet hôtel que nous séjournerons.

Pros:

Ibtissam de receptioniste is heel behulpzaam en professioneel en deed er alles aan om m'n verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken.
Verder een zeer proper en rustig gelegen hotel, en een vriendelijke schoonmaakster. Ik kom zeker terug!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made it memorable was the incredible hospitality. A special thanks to Ibtissam at the front desk, who welcomed us with a bright smile and made our check-in seamless. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel itself was great, but the outstanding service from Ibtissam is what will definitely bring us back. Highly recommended!
