El hotel súper limpio, bonito decorado, en la zona nueva de Marrakech. Imane me atendió súper simpática y eficiente en la recepción. Siempre dándome todo lo que le pedí. Volveré a este hotel, me encantó!!!! 10/10

Ibtissam a été très accueillante et serviable tout au long du séjour.

L’hôtel est bien placé, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues. L’emplacement est idéal pour les différentes excursions et à 30 minutes de marche de la Médina.

Les bouteilles d’eau et gâteau tous les soirs sont vraiment appréciables.

Personel hotelowy jest naprawdę super! Szczególne podziękowania bardzo pomocnej i miłej Pani Ibtissam, która pomogła nam rozwiązać mały problem. Hotel czysty, czuliśmy się w nim bezpiecznie a to dla nas bardzo ważne! W łazience niezbędne kosmetyki, pokój czysty z tarasem i jacuzzi prywatnym ☺️ Serdecznie polecam!

Excellent hotel experience in Marrakech. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and a well-maintained property. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is calm compared to many places in the city. What really stands out is the service – the entire staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. A special thank you to Imane for her kindness and outstanding hospitality. She made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended when visiting Marrakech.

تجربة فندقية ممتازة في مراكش. الغرف نظيفة جداً والأسرة مريحة والمكان محافظ عليه بشكل جيد. الموقع مناسب والأجواء هادئة مقارنة بالعديد من الأماكن في المدينة. أكثر ما يميز الفندق هو الخدمة – جميع الموظفين ودودون ومحترفون ومتعاونون للغاية. شكر خاص لإيمان (Imane) على لطفها وكرم ضيافتها الذي جعل إقامتنا أكثر متعة. نوصي به بشدة لكل من يزور مراكش.

Sehr komfortabel, sauber und super gastfreundliches und hilfreiches Personal

The room was very comfortable and spacious, the personal very friendly. Just to name one of them, Ibtissam was a great help by finding the right app for a taxi that could bring us to the Macaal museum (not every local taxi is able to go there). Despite the fact that this hotel offers no breakfast - which is not difficult to find in the direct neighboorhood, we strongly recommend Beldi Fusio Kitchen, just follow Rue Yougoslavie then turn right - our stay there was perfect. And every morning the Swiss Continental offers some small pastery and croissants at the desk, so you don't leave the house on an empty stomach. in short: top hotel.

Albergo nella zona nuova ma vicino alla Medina (15 minuti a piedi , 5 di taxi), camere pulite, silenziose e sempre rifornite di tutto le ragazze della reception super disponibili sia per un ceck in tardivo sia per aiutarci nel consigliare ristoranti e attività.
