Приятный отель во всех смыслах
Pros:

Чудесный отель!
Персонал - выше всяких похвал! Все приветливые, учтивые, любой вопрос готовы решить. Мы приезжали с дочерью и ее день рождения пришелся на время поездки. В честь этого комната была очень мило украшена.
Приятным бонусом были ежевечерние вода и сладость в милых корзиночках. Также и при выезде нам вручили с собой такой набор.
В самом номере были и кофе, и чай.
Расположение отеля тоже понравилось. Все вокруг тише и спокойнее, чем в Медине.

Merece muy mucho la pena

El personal genial, nos atendieron muy bien nos hicieron varios detalles como cesta con agua y chocolates aunque el desayuno no está incluido nos pusieron café y bollería nos recomendaron restaurantes fueron muy muy serviciales del primero al último

Mooie hotel met fijne locatie! Kamers waren erg schoon en je hebt een terras waar je gratis koffie en fruitdrankjes kunt pakken. Medewerkers zijn ook erg behulpzaam en gastvrij. Dankjewel Mohamed and Ibtissam!

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. While I initially appreciated the welcome coffee capsules, I was disappointed that they were never replenished for the remainder of my stay. Since the room rate remains the same each day, I expected the basic amenities—like coffee—to be maintained. Without the capsules, the machine in the room serves no purpose.
​Furthermore, I found the '15-minute massage' service provided by the housekeeping staff to be unprofessional. It felt more like a gimmick than a genuine service. Finally, the inconsistent delivery of snacks—which stopped entirely during the last days of my stay—made for an uncomfortable and unreliable experience. I hope you will look into these service gaps to ensure a better experience for future guests.
