A special thank you to Ibtissam for making my stay such a pleasant experience.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. Ibtissam was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. She kindly offered me refreshments on arrival, arranged assistance with my luggage, and made sure everything was taken care of.

The level of customer service was outstanding, and nothing seemed too much trouble. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. I was also introduced to the hotel’s in house hairdresser, which was a fantastic recommendation and a great experience.

The hotel is beautifully presented, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere throughout. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests.

Thank you again to Ibtissam and the whole team for such a memorable stay. I would happily return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
