J’ai passé une excellente nuit au Swiss Hotel Gueliz. L’établissement est très confortable, propre et bien situé au cœur de Guéliz. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Un grand merci à Iman, qui est tout simplement formidable ! Elle a été très attentionnée, souriante et toujours prête à aider. Son service a vraiment fait la différence et a rendu mon expérience encore meilleure.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Pros:

Alles is goed geregeld, makkelijk inchecken. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Beide heren aan de receptie waren supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Awan ook die al van tevoren appte met alle nodige info . En ibtisam die meedenkend, vriendelijk en heel gastvrij was maakte echt verschil in de accomodatie !

Heel fijn verblijf en ontvangst door Abdel. En vanmorgen door Imane. Ondanks vertraging gisteren alles keurig geregeld met shuttle van AirPort. En fijne schone kamer net water en koffie en thee. Top

Ibtissam & Awan were very welcoming, and our room was nice and big with an excellent bathroom. The location is walking distance from the train station, perfect for travellers!
