Pros:

Lindo edificio e instalaciones.

Cons:

Sonaba un ruido constantemente en el pasillo, creo que de la detección de humo. Muy desagradable para dormir. Ademas se escuchaba bastante ruido de la calle.

la habitacion es muy comoda, el lugar esta muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila, cerca de buenos cafe, restaurantes y bares. a 100 mts hay un almacen 7x24.

en el piso habia olor a humo de cigarrillos.
