Pros:

Affordable , central and comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean, nice facilities including a washing machine.
Nearby got good foods and 24/7 convenience stores.

Fresh air
Pros:

I had such a great time here that I decided to extend for 3 extra nights. The room was spacious, very clean, and always smelled fresh with a nice scented candle which made the whole stay feel peaceful and relaxing. Really enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Beware of scam hotel.
Pros:

Too noisy beside mrt. Charges which is excesssive charges such as security of 36mr daily. Daily clean towels charges. Excessive ac usage charges. Ac dont work and shut off. Dont waste your time and money here. Nobody was there to receive me when l arrive. I was just told to go upstairs and my keys are in my room. What kind of ridiculous hotel is this. I have not met owner or service person during my stay. Scam hotel beware.wont even tell me the address of the place.

A wonderful location. Clean. The owner provided a lot of information to visit, very close to the metro, kitchen with everything. I will come to this location again with pleasure.

Pros:

The room was large. The bathroom and shower SHARED between 3. The location is near the train station. Airconditioning in the room. Great view, too much noise from the highway and railroad next to it but can close doors and windows to sleep. There is a kitchen and washing machine in the common area which can be used.

Cons:

Extremely bad mattress and overused bed linen which was charged extra. Charged more than booking price itself for cleaning fee but no one cleaned. During the 3 days that I stayed there, there were empty packs of shampoo in the shower, hair in the bed and towels, walls stained, saw cockroach in the kitchen which ran under the fridge. Charged more than bed itself for service fee but no one even came to help me enter the area which is protected by guards and barricades. But came in person to collect cash as deposit money in case I caused damage! Not easy to get into the area for the first time, step by step instructions come when you finish each stage. The price (the real price, not the one listed) too high for the place.
