Pros:

The location was excellent, close to the main train station, Tennoji. The rooms were very clean and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

The pillow and bed were a little hard for my liking. I also am use too a second sheet for the bed the quilt and cover get to hot.

Convenient location and pleasant stay
Pros:

I came at 9.45am to drop off my luggage but was told i could check in! Very thankful for early check in. The female staff working in the morning is also very friendly and fluent in english. It's very conveniently located a minute away from Dobutsuenmae Station and walkable to the Shinsekai district. Room was considerably larger than most other standard japanese hotels.

Cons:

Nothing much, except pillow was a bit hard.
