My second stay at this hotel, and I recommend it if you are looking for a good value room with your own shower and toile
Pros:

Close to train station, stores (Family Mart, Donki). Friendly staff, clean, has all main amenities, and good value for money.

Amazing hotel in a great location!
Pros:

The rooms were a good size, had all facilities and were clean on arrival. We were also given any toiletries we needed plus extras if we were staying for longer. I felt super comfortable staying there as a solo traveller

とても満足です！
Pros:

部屋は無駄なものがなくて、トイレお風呂別なのが嬉しかったです！
あとドライヤーの温風冷風の風量が大差なかったのが地味に助かりました！
シャンプー等はパウチタイプで、必要な分だけフロント横から取れるスタイルも新鮮で良かったです！
チェックアウトも遅い時間で有難いです！

ここ最近、ホテル代も高騰している中、借宿としては良心的だと思う。
Pros:

宿泊代が安い。Booking.comから二泊三日の予約で1万9000円だった。

Cons:

・近所の列車の運行により騒音で落ち着かない。
・ベッドが固くもっと寝心地があまり良くなかった。

Pros:

Très bon séjour, hôtel très très bien situé proches de magnifiques quartier, parc et métro ce qui facilite le déplacement en ville et à l'aéroport du Kansai. La chambre était spacieuses, propre et tout équipée et le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

Seul bémol le coussin était un peu trop dur..

ロケーション抜群
Pros:

ロケーションは駅近、関空から1本、便利なエリアで、自転車レンタルもあって西成のディープなところを手軽に回れました。
毎朝ロビーでコーヒーが無料サービスでよかったです。

Cons:

部屋の臭いが気になり、消臭スプレーをフロントから借りました。でもエアコンの匂いなのか、なかなか取れませんでした。
ベッドのマットレスがソフトで体が沈み込みやすく、朝起きると腰痛など体が痛かったです。枕の硬さも合いませんでした。
