Nice hotel that needs some love
Pros:

Comfy beds, good hotel amenities, large room, quite soundproof, laundry machines access is great, room lighting was fun, good access to metros

Cons:

Room smelt like olives for some reason and couldn't get rid of it, area is not amazing, close to food and fun arcades but a less upscale than other parts of Osaka (quite a large number of homeless around). Never felt unsafe however

Pros:

Very convenient location as it's close to the subway as well as JR. Many convenience stores as well as a big Donqui are in walking distance. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
