Kathastrophale
Cons:

1.Müllcontainer direkt vor mein Zimmerfenster.

2.Durch den Container war es auch nicht Barrierefrei für meine Mutter mit Rollator, um überhaupt ins Hotel zu kommen.

3.Hotel liegt Abgeschieden in ein Bürohochhaus wo nur Bürokomplese sind.

4.Nachts laute kiffende Typen genau vor mein Fenster, keine Rezeption besetzung Nachts und Eingagstür bleibt offen für Gäste, hatten Angst und könnten überhaupt nicht geschlafen.

4.Zimmer war ganz anders wie auf den Fotos der Hotelbeschreibung, meine Mutter kam überhaupt nicht mit dem Rollator bis an Bett, obwohl ich extra dem Hotel das mitgeteilt hatte und Bedingung für meine Reservierung war & es mir auch bestätigt wurde, das Wir ein Barrierefreie's Zimmer bekommen.
5. Frühstücks Dame hatte nur 1 Person für Zimmer 13 auf Ihrem Zettel stehen, obwohl Wir 2 Pers. waren & auch für 2 Pers. Frühstück bezahlt hatten, Sie würde unfreundlich... nie wieder diese Hotel, eigentlich müsste ich die verklagen.

Cons:

Girişimizde ertesi gün suyun saat 10.00'da kesileceğini söylemişlerdi fakat sabah saat 8.30 gibi suşar kesildi ve duş bile alamadan çıktım odadan. Ayrıca Tesise ulaşmak çok zor eğer Yurtdışından geliyorsanız. Tramvadan inip 15 dakika yürümeniz lazım. Akşam saat 21.00'den sonra etrafta açık restarurant bile yok.

週末宿泊のコストパフォーマンスが良い
Pros:

週末の宿泊で値段はお得感がある。部屋の広さは十分。ベッドも寝心地は良かった。デュッセルドルフの市街からやや距離があるので自動車で来る場合は渋滞を避けられる。スタッフは英語対応可能。

Cons:

ビジネス街なので周囲に飲食街やスーパーは無く、車がないと不便。冷蔵庫が無い。ランドリーも無いため長期滞在には向かない。

temiz ve geniş odalar. aile odası rezerve etmiştik dolu olduğu için iki ayrı odaya yerleştik. kahvaltı yeterliydi

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nette Angestellte
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, tolles Bad, super Frühstück, wurde auch ständig aufgefüllt

Cons:

Mir war leider das Bett zu hart, ist aber Gewohnheit.

Goed verbleven voor 1 nacht.
Pros:

Wij konden de auto gemakkelijk parkeren bij het hotel.Hotel ligt op het industrieterrein van Neuss,vanuit snelweg 57 is het ook makkelijk te bereiken en een milieusticker is ook niet nodig,ligt net buiten de zones.
