Pros:

Le calme de l'établissement, la petite terrasse à côté de notre chambre, le thé et café à disposition, l'eau chaude et sa situation au cœur de la ville.
Sa cour intérieure.
Le perso nel, charmant et discret.

Cons:

Rien. Par contre, pour ne pas été surpris, la salle d'eau (douche et wc avec un espace très petit mais douche confortable) sont à l'extérieur de la chambre mais dans un espace où nous étions seuls donc aucun souci. Lavabo en extérieur mais pas de souci non plus.

Really great hotel
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen was really well equipped and had everything to cook with including oil. Showers were really good and had hot water. Free tea and coffee was really nice.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son demasiado cómodas! La cama, el ventilador, el closet, el baño, la cocina... todo es ideal para permanecer unas noches allí. Me gusta demasiado poder tener acceso a agua potable y que todo esté equipado para que la instancia sea lo más agradable posible.

Calm and comfortable, perfect location in Antigua
Pros:

Super location near the mercado and bus stop. Easy to walk everywhere in Antigua! Very relaxed, quiet vibe in the courtyard. Room is spacious and comfortable. They provide filtered water and tea/coffee. The reception is very friendly and helpful :)

Cons:

The bathroom of my room connected to another bathroom and you can hear noise if someone is showering/playing music in bathroom. This didn't happen at disturbing times though. Overall the hostel is not at all noisy!

Super! Küche Top! Alles sauber. Lage optimal.
Wer den Acatennago macht solo oder als paar Einzelzimmer ist supi comfy

Etwas Hellhörig, dann gibt es die Gäste die denken sie sind zuhause und unterhalten sich morgens um 6 bis aufs Brechen auf dem Flur….

Cuando quise pagar el alojamiento de acuerdo a lo que ponía en booking me cobraron un 5% (a parte de los impuestos) ya incluidos por pagar con tarjeta. A parte encontré 4 cucarachas en la habitación, y las toallas estaban en malas condiciones. El baño muy incómodo.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel.
L'hôtel a accepté d'annuler la deuxième nuit que nous avions réservée, sans frais supplémentaires.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits. Nous avons d'abord été placés dans la chambre no 2 à côté de la réception. La chambre était vieillote et bruyante. Par contre, la salle de bain était sale, avec des traces de moisissures et de la rouille. Après avoir utilisé la douche, une forte odeur d'humidité se dégageait de la salle de bain. Les serviettes sentaient également l'humidité immédiatement après avoir été utilisées. Nous avons fait part de ces difficultés à la réception moins de deux heures après notre arrivée, mais la personne nous a répondu que nous aurions dû les en informer dès notre arrivée... Après plusieurs minutes, la personne à la réception a accepté de nous changer de chambre et d'annuler la deuxième nuit, que nous avons néanmoins payé beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de la chambre. La personne a également accepté de nous changer de chambre (no 4). La chambre elle-même était plus propre, mais une forte odeur de colle/peinture se dégageait de la salle de bain. À éviter si vous souhaitez vous reposer après avoir fait la randonnée sur l'Acatenango...
