Great Stop on our Trip :)
Pros:

Liz was the best!! Super flexible with us booking last minute and even upgraded us to a King size room for free after the long day we had! Place was fun, clean, and accessible. Staff was AMAZING! Thank you!

Pros:

Nada porque no me mostraron el lugar, no vi las instalaciones ni nada.

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación que parecía como que fuera una bodega, no había señal celular, el wifi ni siquiera llegaba a la habitación, olía como a que tenía mucho tiempo cerrado.

Comfortable, good value,and LGBT friendly
Pros:

The hotel is comfortable. the restaurant is good. The room was comfortable. We were able to schedule massages.
There is a pool and pleasant ambiance.
The one draw back is it is a taxi/Uber ride to central San Jose to see the museums.

Everything was beyond amazing. The staff is incredible and super helpful, the food and drinks are great and they have a lovely pool. I will definitely go back just to stay in the hotel!

More than just an LGBTQ+ friendly hotel
Pros:

Bed was big and comfy, shower room was nice. Some nice wood finishing.
Vibe was made by the group of young locals who were having a pool party there. An actual LGBTQ venue, not just a "friendly" hotel.
Bar with cocktails and food.

Cons:

Room wasnt ready for me until 1h 45m after check in time.
No AC despite paying for a superior room, bit didnt need it the day I was there.
