Pros:

Ein wunderbares Hotel am Strand von Goa. Hier findet man alles, um entspannte Tage zu verbringen.Es stimmt alles. Selbst Zusatzkosten für einen späten Check out wurden uns erstattet, weil wir das Zimmer etwas früher verlassen haben.Das Personal in allen Bereichen ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Vom Frühstück bis zum Dinner wird man von tollen Servicekräften bedient. Stellvertretend für alle, sind hier besonders Travin und Kunal zu erwähnen. Beschämend ist allerdings, wie herablassend und arrogant das Personal von indischen Gästen behandelt wird.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Has international standards for rooms and facilities.
Buffet (breakfast and dinner) has a lot of vegetarian options.
Staff is well trained and courteous. Special mentions: Devika from front desk, Mimi and Zuvi from the Spa and Abhijit from the Restaurant service staff. Thank you for your service.

Cons:

Property does not have any garden, walk path areas around.
To get to the beach one has to go out of the property and walk some distance on public road, this can be difficult for elderly folks.
Buffet food is too bland, in some dishes even the basic seasoning like salt is low. Spice levels need not be high, but the flavour needs to improve.

Ottimo hotel a Colva, ci sono stato varie volte negli anni, e devo dire che il servizio è rimasto sempre su ottimi livelli. Personale gentile e simpatico. Il cibo è ottimo, così come la pulizia della camera.

A modern, well-maintained property with lovely staff, though the location and outdoor facilities could be improved
Pros:

I loved how it was all looked after very well. The way it was decorated was kept modern and clean, staff were really accommodating

Cons:

The property itself was amazing however the location let it down as you walk down the road and the smell is awful, rubbish everywhere smelt like dead bodies which was really of putting, the sunbeds were in the shade all times of the day, would be nice to have more options to bein the sun. The sundeck was locked constantly and wasn’t able to use it as a smoking area yet made to stand in a box to smoke

Чистота, комфорт, тишина, разнообразный завтрак, очень приветливый персонал. Уборка номеров на высшем уровне. Бассейн, не большой, но чистый и удобный, для любителей проводить время в отеле. Пляж, магазины, кафе и прочая городская инфраструктура, в шаговой доступности.

Cons:

Цена за проживание, на мой взгляд, немного завышена, но в целом приемлемо для курортного отеля, тем более, что рядом, нет отелей похожего уровня. Месторасположение не идеальное, но в целом, для Индии, достаточно хорошее,
