Pros:

Hospitality was excellent and staff was always there to help you with anything that you required.They even gave me an upgrade ( Devika from their staff) which was actually a very nice gesture.

Cons:

Nothing as such which is worth mentioning.

Exceptional service and comfortable stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, food was good, rooms were clean, all basic equipment's were there, beds comfortable, complimentary water and tea and coffee was available which was very thoughtful as the water quality in Goa is not too great, overall enjoyed my stay and will surely recommend to my friends

Cons:

The surrounding area is not great, rooms overlooking the residential building close to the hotel, access to the hotel is a bit messy during the rains, not safe during the nights, the beach is 10min away, and Colva high street is 20 min walk

I really liked the property for its peaceful surroundings, beautiful design, cleanliness, and overall ambience. The location was convenient, and the property felt comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming.

Cons:

There wasn’t much that I disliked about the property. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. A few minor improvements in maintenance and amenities could make the stay even better.

No staying there again. Not worth the spend.
Pros:

Its a "Courtyard by Mariott" property , so yes the SOP's are to their (global standards). The staff is certainly above average trained and that comes across in the interaction. The rooms per se are clean (bed,bedding and bathroom). HVAC is not. We did not visit the in-house restaurant so cannot comment on that.

Cons:

The location is close to the beach (almost walkable). But the down side is the View around. Intrusive with residential properties looking at you. So cant dare to keep curtains open. But this applicable to South and North facing rooms (our's was North). The west facing has a unobstructed view (untill some property comes up and block this too). But I am sure the rooms with this view are at a higher price point. Even then the room we paid for does not surely deserve the view we got. Thumbs down here! The POOL is a after thought! Too small for the quantum of occupants. Also nowadays people have become unruly (infact more they pay more they feel entitled). Hence the pool turns into a a talaab crowded with boorish families. We stayed last time in IBIS -Vagator with slightly larger pool, but equally populated. Yet it was well monitored by the staff, hence bearable. They didnt have people walking with wet robes and soaked daily clothes strutting across the main lobby and guest lifts (so gross!).

Excellent and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

It was cozy and very family friendly. The staff were exceptional in their support when my son developed a fever during our stay. From sending him his breakfast to the room to loaning us a thermometer, they were really kind and helpful. We also loved the children’s playroom.

Cons:

I think the food has room for improvement. Western items like waffles and pancakes were stiff and hard to eat, while the Indian fare was excellent.

For us it was perfect gateway, b/Fast was yummy 😋 n also more special like to thank chef Surendra for his exceptional preparation of out 2 year baby meals 😀 kudddos to him, baby too njoyed a lot n was yummy too

Everything was excellent, yes on terrace was expecting sit out in the evening to spent more time wt fly
