We had a perfect weekend stay at this property! Everything was great, right from the service, the staff, the food and breakfast spread as well! Spa was great too!!

The behavior of the front desk. One coffee ordered for the guest was charged as three coffees.
The staff at reception was very helpful especially Devika who looked after us. The breakfast was excellent and catered to whatever we asked for. The dining room was clean and the service was very quick. Enjoyed the variety of the breakfast menu. Enjoyed tasting the different Indian breakfast meals and the fresh fruit juice
Local transport was a problem although the hotel staff was always ready to arrange transport.
The staff is so cordial and helpful. Nouman really made our stay special.

During our recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Colva Goa from June 5th to June 7th, we encountered several issues that left us extremely disappointed and concerned about the billing and service standards at the property.
At check-in, we were initially asked to pay approximately ₹53,000, for 3 rooms despite our booking.com reservation being for approximately ₹49,000. The discrepancy was corrected only after we produced our booking confirmation, and we were informed that it was due to a system glitch.
We then proceeded directly to dinner after being informed that the rate was ₹1,100 per person during the check in itself by the staff. However, at checkout on 6th June, we were charged ₹1,500 per person and told that the lower rate required prior confirmation. This condition was never communicated to us at check-in and we had also proceeded to go for dinner right after checking in.. so what does it mean when they say prior confirmation was needed? Why would such a misunderstanding arise? It should ideally be updated to the system which was not! While the matter was eventually corrected after we raised it, it was yet another instance where we had to challenge an incorrect charge.
During the same checkout process, we were again presented with a pending room bill of approximately ₹21,000, despite the room charges having already been settled at check-in. Once again, the error was acknowledged and corrected only after we pointed it out. To our surprise, when our guests checked out on 7th June, they were asked to pay a further ₹1,700 towards room charges that had already been paid and cleared on June 5th 2026 when we checked in.
Adding to our disappointment, some of our guests found hair in a biryani served during lunch. It was unfortunate and reflected poorly on what was otherwise expected to be a quality dining experience.
What concerns us most is not any single incident, but the repeated pattern throughout our stay.

It was first time I traveled to south goa, located right opp to Colva Beach, property is excellent. The staff really took care of us very well. Special thanks to Gopinath, A Raja and Kunal who made sure out stay was comfortable. Room was pretty big, excellent food. Would love to visit again
