旅行の第一歩
Pros:

大浴場があったので、長旅の疲れをゆったり取れた。また、チェックアウト時に石巻駅に行くためのタクシーを手配して頂けた。

Cons:

やはり石巻駅からタクシーを使わないといけない立地が気になった。乗り換え案内アプリ等で調べた当初の予定だと蛇田駅から徒歩20分とあったが、当日は小雨だったので蛇田駅から歩くのも苦行、蛇田駅にタクシー専用駐車スペースがあるのは事前に調べていたが、確実性を取るため、タクシーがたくさんあるであろう石巻駅からのタクシー利用となった。

さりげない日常会話ですが、あたたかみを感じる接遇
食事もバイキング豊富！東北を意識したものなど工夫を感じられる。リーズナブル美味しい。
四季を感じる装飾
アメニティグッズも豊富
知人が東北の際にこのホテルをリピート利用する理由に納得

Cons:

女風呂セキュリティ重視はありがたいのですが、お風呂のセキュリティ番号入力説明をチェックイン時に強調していただけると良いなと感じた。

こんなもんかなぁ、
Pros:

ゆっくり、時間を過ごせた。
WI-HIが使える。洗面所も広く使えた。
朝清々しく久しぶりに気持ちよかった。
ビジネスホテルには、泊まったことがなく戸惑ったれど、綺麗で良かった。

Cons:

スリッパが履きにくかった。館内案内など、しまわれていて、出したら片付けるのが大変だと思って開けなかった。

チェックイン以外良かったと思う。
Pros:

スタッフの方が皆親切でした。
大浴場も良い。
朝食も味噌汁最高でした。

Cons:

チェックインするのに時間がかかりました。10分待ちました。もう少しスムーズだと良かったのに…自分の時はすぐ終わりました。なぜ前の方達がそんなに時間がかかるのか不思議でした。疲れて到着しているのだからスムーズにお部屋へ案内出来る様対応していただきたいです。
