Great stay, will return. But probably with just two of us next time, our bed was comfortable !
Pros:

Great location. Very close to downtown St. Augustine. Will go back when the weather is better. Host Ryan was great and very responsive!

Cons:

The pullout could have been more comfortable unfortunately.

Great value and very nice condo
Pros:

Condo was very clean and welcoming. everything we needed was provided. Location was perfect for access to St Augustine and still be at the beach. It was a bit of a walk to actually see the beach though. but we enjoyed our stay very much

Our stay was wonderful from every aspect: beautiful area, cozy place, and simple check-in/out process!
Pros:

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. They were very friendly and the whole process was extremely easy with them. The place was clean, cozy, and accommodating. We would definitely revisit again.

Cons:

We liked everything. Sad we couldn’t stay even longer!

Overall we had a good experience. The hosts were very informative and the condo was cute and clean.
Pros:

Very cute and clean condo. The host were very helpful by providing all the information needed for my stay. The unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys. It also had a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer. There was a private boardwalk to access the beach.

Cons:

This unit was on the 3rd floor which was a little challenging to bring our stuff up and down. The bed was a little hard, not very comfortable. This unit was not beach front. We had to drive 3-4 buildings away to be closer to the private boardwalk that led to the beach. Be prepared to walk a bit of a distance to get to the beach. Not sure why but there we a ton of flys on the beach making it very hard to sit still and enjoy.

A few snafoos with the shower and our keyless lock, but they were remedied quickly.

It was better then I thought . Very nice and had everything we needed. Very easy process. No hassles
Cons:

I read the reviews before I booked the trip. I new I would have to walk or take a 1 minute drive. It wasn't a problem.
