Worst place and a scam

Cons:

Probably the worst place I have booked. The blanket was very filthy and with many urine stains. The bed linens and pillows was also full of stains and evens some hairs. I told the reception about this. They offered to change, but came up with new dirty linens, now also with some blood stain. The new blanket was also wet. Even though I told them almost immediately that I can't stay here, there was no compensation. The whole hotel looks dirty and the room did not at all look as in the picture from booking.com. Even their photo of the main building is edited so the nearby buildings are removed to make it look like a more isolated place. I see multiple reviews on google maps are fake and I would image it is the same here on booking.com. The location is also not good, right in front of a trafficked street.

Convenient hotel with excellent staff

Convenient hottel
Excellent staff and security. This hotel is just a few minutes by car from the Qotel signature bnb near shatari park metro station and the saddam very helpfull and friendly so kind . The breakfast was among the best, and the personnel were well-trained, courteous, and professional.

Perfect base for exploring new delhi excellent

This hotel made sightseeing so convenient—just steps from New Delhi metro Station and close to famous landmarks. The staff was genuinely Saddam hussain helpful, assisting with tours and transport. Price 4 night against the kind of room offered and kind of Breakfast offered, is Zero value for money. Only location was the best part.
Some staff is good nd bad breakfast served daily delayed no on time....

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, the staff were attentive and friendly. The room and the washroom was spotless and very well-maintained. The food was another highlight, both fresh and flavorful which is quite rare to expect from inhouse kitchen service. Everything is great in one single place. The location is an added advantage being close to the New shatri nagar metro station.
Overall, a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Experience good
Pros:

I really liked the staff, the service, the ambience, and the hotel food. The receptionist and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and helped us communicate with the saddam and were always there on call to help us out.
