Had potential but fell short of expectations.
Pros:

The rooms and style of the building were very interesting and had some good flair. It was a really neat hotel. The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way. Classic style and some nice touches for the theme. It actually has a theme instead of being boring and cookie cutter. It is in a decent area and its only a 12 minute walk to the mall. Coffee machine made good coffee.

Cons:

When people enter and leave their rooms the doors can make a lot of noise. The beds are very firm though that can be a preference. Breakfast was very simple and not of great quality that was expected. (It was cold by the time it reached our table. Salad items didn't seem very fresh. I read there was a buffet but it was very limited.) Might be due to the slower season but better ingredients and prep would make a big difference. Breakfast was the deal breaker for us. (Would have been happy paying a slightly higher stay price if required for an average or satisfying breakfast.)

Sengen var dårlig meget hård, det er et meget mørkt hotelværelse, der var meget plads til opbevaring af sit tøj, der er ingen bord på værelset, men det værste er placeringen (HRV) på balkonen, den gør det næsten umuligt at sove uden aircondition er konstant tændt, hvilket gjorde at vi begge blev syge.

Great staff and service
Pros:

The staff especially the door man. Is excellent, he takes care of your luggage if you need to wait. He takes them to your room. He drives you to Pattaya in TukTuk or any other place near by. He really works so hard and his kindness is unmatched. The ladies at the front desk along with a few in the bar area are just amazing workers. I keep returning mainly because of the staff.

Cons:

The fridge in the rooms are the smallest and the worst. If they would have a bit more lighting or stronger light bulbs in room would be helpful. Hard to find items at times

All and All good stay. GREAT HARD WORKING STAFF
Pros:

Not a fan of all the food being out before I eat. Would enjoy to order it and cooked fresh. Don't eat breakfast at the Quba. I don't eat anything there. I have stayed here 4 times in a
Year and a half. Will probably return. Fridge in rooms to small. Useless
