A Lovely Stay
Pros:

We had a really nice stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! 😊

Best place I have stayed in since my first visit to Nha Trang a few years ago.
Pros:

Pool was fantastic and rooms and facilities were also wonderful.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating and there to help out when needed. Was a wonderful place to stay, only wish I could have booked it for my whole time in Nha Trang.
Will be my first preference for my next stay.

Cons:

More vegetarian options on the breakfast menu.

Pros:

Ich war jetzt 3 Wochen in Vietnam an 6 Standorten in verschiedenen 5 Sterne Hotels und dieses hier war mit Abstand das beste! Sauberkeit, Service, Frühstück, Standort, Ausstattung, etc. wirklich alles war on Point! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn ich das nächste mal in Nha Trang bin, dann definitiv wieder hier!

Our stay was very satisfactory and the staff made the experience well worth it. Thanks Mr Tran & and Ms Thuy.
Pros:

Our receptionist Mr Tran and Ms Thuy were super helpful, made our stay very relaxed and made our stay welcome. My friend and I stayed in the penthouse, which we had the 20th floor to ourselves, access to the gym and sauna which we used daily. The rooms were great, karaoke setup and the fridges were stocked up.

It was very good all round. No complaints at all.

Highly recommended even if just one night
Pros:

perfect location, super clean, lovely spacious room and so friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend staying here - 2 mins from the beach. Great communication and arranged birthday balloons and treat for my partner when we arrived and let us keep our bags foc as we were not leaving by train until late evening - perfect - thank you all

Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
Pros:

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mitten in Nha Trang City.
Das Personal war freundlich und die Anlage war stets sauber und ordentlich.
Der Pool auf dem Dach ist ein bisschen klein aber da er während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht hoch frequentiert besucht war war es kein Problem.
Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und frisch.

Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. The facilities and overall cleanliness are far below what you would expect from a five-star hotel. For the price, this hotel is simply not worth the money.
