Fantastiskt läge men rummet levde inte upp till förväntan
Pros:

Fantastiskt läge med nära till allt. Frukosten fanns mycket att välja på. Hög servicenivå hos personalen.

Cons:

Sängen var alldeles för hård för mig så jag kunde inte sova ordentligt på nätterna. Säkerhetsskåpet slutade fungera två gånger så jag fick tillkalla hjälp hos personalen. Mitt i natten vaknade jag av tv:n sattes igång automatiskt. Förvånad och irriterad stängde jag av tv:n men cirka 10 minuter senare hände samma sak igen. Enligt personalen berodde det på tillfälligt strömavbrott så de fick starta om hela systemet. Jag förstod dock inte varför en avstängd tv måste startas om även om det nu blev tillfälligt strömavbrott.

Pros:

Мы жили в комнате - люкс с видом на море, красивое панорамное окно. Отличная двухспальная кровать, даже больше, очень комфортная, прекрасное постельное белье. Завтраки разнообразные, можно всегда найти то что тебе нравиться - супы, яичница, кофе, чай, свежие соки выпечка, желе, йогурт, свежие овощи и фрукты, готовые блюда из мяса, курицы и овощей. На ресепшене всегда можно решить любой вопрос. Уборка каждый день (может кроме выходных), только нет определенного времени уборки - приходили убирать то в 10-00, то в 14-00. Гостиница новая, не давно открывшаяся, мы были в 2026 году, чистая, все новое. На 21 этаже бассейн и бар работают до 21-30. На ресепшене работает кафе, в нем очень вкусный кофе с солью.

Cons:

В ванной комнате рекомендую предусмотреть крючки или вешалку, чтобы повесить полотенце после принятия душа и (или) халата перед принятием душа (этого не предусмотрено). Очень тяжело закрываются двери в ванную комнату.

Perfect for a stay in Nha Trang
Pros:

Loved this hotel it was exceptional. I stayed 2 nights here and wish it was longer. The staff was so kind, location was great for exploring on foot. Breakfast was very good!

Pros:

Best hotel we stayed in Vietnam! Great room and great breakfast buffet! Very kind people at the reception (unfortunately I missed their names)

Cons:

Our next transfer was at 21:00 and the hotel did not have a courtesy shower (we had checked out in the morning). We ended up showering at the open shower on the rooftop pool, with the people watching form the hotels around (nobody was in the pool at that time)

Завтраки изумительные. Не хочется сдавать этот прекрасный и уютный отель, ведь понаедете и нам потом мест не хватит))) Всё просто прекрасно - от расположения, работы персонала, до номеров. Однозначно - СУПЕР!

Acceptable acommodation, with very great staff. Few things could be improved...
Pros:

Decent rooms with modern furniture. Very nice hotel staff. Rooms looks like the ones in the pictures. The time of room service was flexible, which makes it very good for late-sleepers.

Cons:

Lack of hangers for the towels in the bathroom. Trash bins are horrible, as if they are made by someone that's never used one before. Refrigerator is very weak, and does not keep things cold.

Pros:

Property is new, everything is clean, good breakfast, superb location right in the heart of everything! All restaurants and a beach are within walking distance. Definitely recommend!
