Emplacement au top et personnel au petit soin
Pros:

L’emplacement dans le Vieux Montréal est super pour visiter la ville.

Cons:

Le restaurant est super, la possibilité de parquer à l’hôtel en pleine ville est top, le spa est un plus et le personnel est vraiment tres agréable et très serviable.

Great attention to detail from the staff, especially Yuri!
Pros:

Valet was smooth, even offered a bottle of water for the road when we left. Check in was a breeze, they have great attention to detail. Yuri and the concierge made our stay extra special. Thanks to them, highly recommend.
