Unprofessional staff and bad service

Staff, they are unprofessional and tried to charge me more than 3 times the price of my booking. They are saying there's a problem in the system that's why the price is less than what they want. Such a stupid reason and the staff should not work in hospitality business. They should find something else at street food.
