FIND A PLACE THAT HAS CUSTOMER CARE, AND PLACE NOT AT THE BECK-IN-CALL OF OTHER PEOPLES FIRES
Pros:

I thought the location was great for our needs and skiing on the mountain. The parking was great and the day staff was kind and considerate. The manager seemed nice but didn't follow through on HER word.

Cons:

The facility seemed a little warn down, even our unit seems lACK the upkeep wasn't to the $$$ we paid. Broken kitchen knifes, boogers on the master wall, headboard not connected or loosely on the bed frame, carpet seemed old. BUT THE REAL KICKER!!! Is when we spent our last night...around 9ish we smelled a little smoke - we left for dinner with windows A LITTLE open - heat on, wet into the only 2 jets working hot tub and came home to unit 117 entirely smokey.
I called front desk to see if there was a fire to see if we need to call 911! "NO- it's probably someone making a fire in their unit, open all the windows and doors and don't turn the heat on." So we slept in 30 degree air- NO HEAT, unsafe, front door open, slider open, windows open. I talked with the manager the next morning- she said I can't do anything because you went through booking.com but call them. Booking.com says- manager must approve, Gateway reservations says- we don't believe you and why didn't we hear this. I personally called the manager again- I had the mangers card with a handwritten note saying 1 free comp night on us!!! So in a nut shell- they don't have customer care they refund us a 1/2 day (because this back and forth stuff wore me out) Sleeping in smoke- no heat on- is dangerous- if it's true, you are in the hands of someone else making a fire and the air blows right into your place. I will never stay with them again. And watch out for Gateway reservations- they are mean/not understanding/unkind/and don't care about the proof. It's sad that we are in a world that we might always FILM our experience for PROOF.

Excellent location and a good value.
Pros:

My room was nice and comfortable with separate bedroom living room/kitchenette and bathroom. Extras like a bathrobes, outside patio, and welcome party. The staff were very nice and often greeted me when I went through the lobby. The location was outstanding because many restaurants were a close walk, Main Street Park City and the ski chairlifts was one mile away. There was also a shuttle that left every one half hour.

Cons:

Room service was every fourth day.

Great, inexpensive stay in Park City
Pros:

Great trip. Wonderful property. Separate bedroom from living area. Nice pool and hot tub. Shuttle to mountain. VERY friendly staff and helpful with all questions.

Loved the place, hated the cold.
Pros:

The staff w as kind and friendly. My husbsnd got ill on our bacation so we left our expensive condo and stayed here 3 days to get well enough for us to drive the 4 hours home. We we originally cold. The thermostat was set to not go above 80°. And luckily, we noticed the fireplace. They had wood for purchase and brought it in and started a fire.
It was a very comfortable place to heal.

Cons:

The thermostat was stopped at 80°, we were cold.

Great place, wonderful stay, very dedicated staff, shuttle to the PC, great pool and hot tub.
Pros:

Great place close to everything at 25% of the price of others near Main Street. Kids live in PC so we stayed and had them over to swim and for dinner. Separate bedroom from kitchen/living area allowed me to work while others slept. Great restaurants close. Shuttle to the slopes is fantastic and gets you right to the base at PC. Wonderful, Friendly and Helpful staff. Very positive experience all around.

Cons:

Not much to dislike at this place. It was all good.

Pros:

We skied park city, the location was fantastic. The free shuttle included in our stay that took us to the base of park city and picked us up each day was fantastic and ran at very convenient times for everyone in our group. Enjoyed having a hot tub to relax in at the end of our ski days. The hotel offered a charcuterie board one of the evenings we were there which was a pleasant surprise. Also easy to walk to fresh market and 7 eleven.

Cons:

It is a little outdated. The pictures online do make it look a little bit nicer than it is, but it didn’t really matter. We were really only there to sleep, other than that we were out skiing and having fun in park city.

I have stayed at this property before and will probably stay there again. I would recommend this property.

The shower faucet was very tight. Bathroom sink drain doesn’t open very much.
