Great Park City location and resort
Pros:

Clean rooms, great staff, and a shuttle! Close walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. Fully equipped rooms and great TVs.

Great resort, super friendly staff and location
Pros:

Resort is very convenient to the ski slopes (there is a free shuttle to take you to the slopes - less than 5 minutes' drive, to the old town - main street, to the grocery store or any local restaurant). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Stay in Park City!
Pros:

The 2-Bedroom unit was perfect for two couples. Had 2 full bathrooms, one was en-suite to the master Bedroom.
The kitchen was well equipped. Appreciated the spa bathrobes waiting for us, the shuttle service was a wonderful bonus as traffic and parking on Main Street PC is challenging. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Would most definitely choose a stay at the Park Regency in the future. Wonderful all around!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike at all. Wish we could have purchased the Spa robes. ;)

Beds were comfy and staff was great, has some issues but working on improving them.
Pros:

Indoor pool, and overall grounds were good. proximity was nice as well

Cons:

Edited. We spoke to the manager today who was delightful and receptive to our issues and offered us a make up stay in the future to make it right. We know things happen and this was the right approach from her and we appreciate her making that offer to us. Room was not clean. Had stains on bed covering dead bugs on carpet, old stuck on ketchup or other sauce type stuff on countertops, in bathroom we found someone's left earrings and hair supplies and condom. Internet and TV sucked. Had to create accounts, had maintenance come they couldn't make it work told us how bad internet is and TV issues all the time. We believe this was a 1 off stay and isnt reflective of how the property is overall. We know our 2nd stay will be better for sure.

Paper thin walls = no sleep
Pros:

Nice reception people

Cons:

Walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors talking all night. They came from a bar (I guess) and were talking loud until 6am. Then the neighbors kids upstairs started running around at 7am. I could have my neighbors in the unit with me, it would basically be the same. I couldn't sleep at all.

Nice surprise and fantastic value!
Pros:

Wonderful property in a great location! All the comforts of home and very clean! The fireplace is a great addition! Just a tip however, if you want to use the fireplace, get some smaller pieces of wood before arrival to make it easier for you! :)
