La disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

La douche froide. Pensez à préciser en arrivant qu’il faut appuyer sur un bouton pour activer l’eau chaud. Et malgré le fait de laisser le ballon d’eau chaud activé toute une journée, impossible de se laver les cheveux à deux dans la même journée car au froide au deuxième passage

La propreté et le personnel très sympas prêt à vous aider

Cons:

Chambre très humide carrément de l’eau coulait sur les fenêtres et il faisait froid malgré la climatisation sur chaud. J’en conclu donc qu’elle ne devait pas fonctionner. Sur les photos on vois un jolis resto sur le toit mais arriver sur place tout était fermer même pas de petit déjeuner. Pour le prix de l’hôtel c’est inacceptable. Cher mais aucun service

Pros:

C’était parfait ! L’hôtel est très propre et très confortable. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidés à préparer notre venue et nos escapades sur place. Vraiment merci !

Cons:

La réceptionniste parlait un anglais approximatif mais on s’est compris et au pire Google Traduction aide !

Pros:

Beautiful and well cared for hotel, the room and bathroom were very spacious and nicely decorated. The mattress and pillows very comfortable, a spacious balcony too. Everything was great really. The only thing was the soundproofing, though not a very busy street, it was ok during the night but come 6am it was impossible to rest without earplugs. But even so, we’d book again, it was a lovely place and the staff was really nice too.

Five star luxury at three star prices.
Pros:

It’s a new beautiful new hotel, everything in exceptional condition and very comfortable. I enjoyed clear email communications with them as they arranged transport options.
