Pros:

Struttura nuova, elegante e pulitissima, camera grande con balcone privato provvisto di tavolino, due sedie e riparato dalla pioggia, bagno con doccia funzionante con finestrone sul balcone, staff sempre disponibile ed efficiente, ci hanno cambiato le asciugamani tutti i giorni, ed aiutato a prenotare un tour per le cascate Ban Gioc, Engel Eye mountain e lago con auto privata ed autista a prezzi corretti, inoltre il receptionist ci ha aiutato ad ordinare la cena in camera presso una pizzeria viste le forti piogge, per 30€ a notte assolutamente consigliato.

Pros:

L’architecture de l’immeuble / la végétation/ la qualité des services/ la propreté / l’aide pour trouver un driver pour se balader et un bus pour repartir.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus adapté aux occidentaux (banh mi ou soupe pho au canard). Nous leur avons signalé. Ils nous ont demandé ce qui nous ferait plaisir. Et le lendemain, ils ont répondu à nos attentes (toasts, beurre, confiture). Très sympa.

Pros:

Hôtel très propre et très bien situé, remerciements spécials à Ngoc Anh à la réception pour son écoute et sa disponibilité. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Bel hôtel mais pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Cao Bang , les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables .
Propreté impeccable .

Cons:

Je note à hauteur de 8 car l’absence de petits déjeuners est vraiment pénalisant . Vous pouvez effectivement déjeuner d’un Pho facilement près de l’hôtel mais aucune possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner occidental .
La laundry de l’hôtel est surprenante . On m’a rendu mon linge effectivement lavé mais absolument pas repassé . Tee-shirts / chemises ont été restitués sans le moindre coup de fer à repasser .

Nice hotel. Comfortable stay
Pros:

Loved the big room and really comfortable bed. Very clean and newish premises.

Cons:

They must have had low occupancy for the period we were there, as it was very hot and they weren’t running the aircon or lights in the common areas which was a bit annoying and not really respectful to the guests they had.

Great location, good sleep, good AC.
Pros:

Location was great, easy to walk to restaurants and our tour pickup. There was a local laundry near by.

Cons:

Common areas had significant mosquitos, no ventilation except for open windows or doors.

Pros:

Un très bel hôtel avec une chambre spacieuse équipée de tout le nécessaire. L'emplacement est ideal, à quelques mètres de la rive et des activités pour profiter de la vie locale. Pas de restauration possible ni pour le petit déjeuner mais supermarché et restaurants très proches de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner même simple serait un plus.
