Excepcional, recomendo, vale totalmente o custo benefício.
Pros:

Localização excelente, menos de 10 minutos da praça principal, acomodações extremamente limpas e espaçosas, ventilado, estrutura completa maravilhosa.

Pros:

Расположение отличное, рядом с вокзалом. Номер достаточно просторный, с кухней, на последнем этаже.

Cons:

Пришлось ждать заселения час. Номер не был готов. Самое печальное, что нет кондиционера. Немного спасали два вентилятора. Но в жару 36 градусов очень спать плохо, под самой крышей. Дали карточку от паркинга, до него идти минут 6. Проплатили депозит. Карточка не сработала , поставили машину просто по обычной цене, как для всех.

Pros:

中央駅から近く、4日間通ったMesseにも行きやすく、また、スーパーも近いので過ごしやすかった。
キッチンは調理器具が揃っていて、Weissburstを茹でたり、パスタを茹でたりでき、便利だった。
チェックアウト後も大きな荷物をしばらく預かってもらえ、最後までミュンヘンを楽しむことができ、本当に助かった。
クーラーが要らない時期なら長期滞在に向いている宿だと思います。

Cons:

ちょうど熱波が来ている週だったので、部屋は非常に暑く、よく眠れなかった。
窓を開けたままにしていると、外がうるさいのでなおさらだった。
外が涼しくなっても部屋の温度が下がらず、換気扇をつけたままにしなければならなかった。
バスタブがあったが栓が無くて、お湯を貯めることができなかった。
また、タオルの交換がばらばらで、足ふきマットが無かったり、フェイスタオルが無かったりした。

Avoid - for the price they want you can get SO much better
Pros:

To be honest there was very little to like about this property considering the price paid and the service received although old town can be reached in 15 min walk and train station in 10

Cons:

Location is on a noisy street filled with kebab shops, fast food outlets and sex stores. Rooms are large but outdated - we booked a twin room which consisted of one bed and one very uncomfortable sofa bed. Bathroom shower screen broken so water flooded floor, NO air con so was like a sauna which meant little sleep , breakfast was a set plate of rolls and cold meat (no choice!) served in a public cafe you had to queue for. Overall very overpriced base and a dampener to our stay in beautiful Munich. Avoid!!!

Das Personal konnte kein Deutsch. Beim Frühstück falsches Trinken bekommen und Ei war sehr alt und hat gestunken, das Brot war hart, haben kein Orangensaft bekommen auch wenn dieser versprochen wurde

Pros:

Отличное расположение в 350 метрах от вокзала и исторического центра. Очень внимательный и вежливый персонал, оперативно отвечали на все вопросы. Ежедневная уборка в номере. Вообще было очень чисто. Хорошее постельное белье и полотенца в достаточном количестве. Оборудованная кухня в номере. Лидл прямо за углом. Кафе с хорошими завтраками внизу отеля.

Cons:

Отсутствие кондиционера, июнь выдался жарким, хотя и был предоставлен вентилятор, мы спали с открытыми окнами.

Very nice Hotel
Pros:

All of the staff are very kind and helpful. The room comes with a kitchenette and a proper refrigerator, and it was very convenient that sponges and dish soap were also provided. The street is a bit noisy, but it’s not an issue once the windows are closed. I was pleasantly surprised to find indoor slippers provided, which is quite rare in Germany. The facilities are clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. It’s also conveniently located near the central station, and you can even walk to the main tourist spots if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll.

Cons:

I’d like to say there was nothing in particular, but the lighting in the room was either all on or all off. The bedside lamp was also quite bright, so it would have been nice to have dimmable lighting. That said, I do feel this might be a bit much to expect for the price.

It was easy to get from the train station, the front desk employees were kind

Cons:

It was HOT and opening any window lets in smelly smoke and is so loud. Barely slept and they didn’t have an extra fan. If you value rest- don’t stay here
