Was nice to stay
Pros:

Its very nice place with good vibe .
Gorgeous food ,and nice music in the evening ,with good band and amazing fire show.
We was very pleased with warm welcome ,and staff was very nice .
Located in the heart of Borocay , bars and clubs is just all aroud .

Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel has a fire show at 7 and 9 pm but the noice is over by the time one has to sleep. However, there is a bar/club on the right side and our room was adjacent to the speaker. We couldn’t sleep until 2AM once it closed. Although the staff was nice and offered us a room further away. We chose to check out after one night and book another hotel due to proximity. Great place for younger crowd who might be out enjoying the action.

Pros:

Hôtel très agréable, propre, avec une ambiance particulièrement festive. Chaque soir, un spectacle de feu anime le dîner au restaurant, qui offre une vue sur la piscine et la plage, rendant l’expérience encore plus agréable.
L’emplacement est idéal et le service est excellent.

Good option with central location
Pros:

Location of the hotel was very good, right next to D Mall with plenty of food options. Also only a short few minutes walk from where all the tours leave from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A very good breakfast offered with plenty of options. Good restaurant in the hotel with a fire show every night.

Cons:

Only issue was with our room (room 109). We were not told upon check in that right behind the wall of our bedroom was the bar next door to the hotel. The music at night was exceptionally loud and did not stop until 1:30am. It was next to impossible to sleep with the music and noise coming from the bar until it stopped. It would have been courteous if the staff at check in had informed us of this before checking in.

Ein toller erholsamer Urlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel mit der Lage und dem wirklich zuvorkommende Personal. Es war rundum wirklich eine erholsame Urlaub.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Öfter sind Sachen weg gewesen. Auch die Säfte könnten besser sein. Aber auch hier waren alle immer sehr zuvorkommend und es war gut.

På det stora hela ett kanonhotell med kanonläge och bra personal.
Pros:

Boendet var mycket bra med fantastisk personal. Hotellets restaurang var den bästa av alla som vi åt på.
Läget vid stranden var också fantastiskt bra.

Cons:

På kvällarna hade hotellets restaurang live-musik. Det spelades så högt så det gick tyvärr inte att föra ett samtal vid bordet. Detta gjorde att vi avstod från att äta på restaurangen på kvällarna. Hade det spelats lägre musik som inte störde hade vi definitivt ätit fler kvällar på hotellet. Varje lunch åt vi dock på hotellets restaurang.
Musik spelades också ganska sent in på kvällarna av live-bandet vilket störde vår sömn. Också en närliggande nattklubb spelade hög musik som störde.

We had an amazing stay
Pros:

Very kind staff, good breakfast and nice location.

Cons:

Only that sometimes we could hear the music from (i think) a bar or club next to the hotel until pretty late.

Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food alright but menu list might need refreshing and introduce a bit more continental food. The whole place need an upgrade. Some of the plumbing not working properly. Though rooms clean its got that musty smell of old. All in all I will rate it a 7. Thank you.

In fairness there's nothing I didn't like just needs a little bit of refreshing and upgrading to keep it updated with times.😃ko

Great staff and location
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, bed was comfy and my room was nice and quiet at night. The food was great and breakfast met my expectations. The location is perfect as it is right in the middle of white beach and great if you want the convenience of all what White Beach has to offer.

Cons:

Do not recommend getting the rooms next to the pool as at night they have loud music and performances. So if you arrive and need a good night's sleep early in the evening, that will be a problem. My beds head board wa near the air conditioning unit.

Pros:

Such a great hotel and such amazing staff can’t say enough about how fantastic they are. Hotel is clean, ac is great and beachfront is amazing to watch the sunsets. Highly recommend. Will be back!!!

Fantastic 🫶🏾
Pros:

Location was prime, best beach , sunset can be seen from hotel room I was in and just few steps in to the beach sun beds were available and towels for the beach and swimming pools.
Breakfast and dinner can be have at the restaurant which was rich of choices!
Got a birthday cake for my birthday on arrival of my room!!
Stuff also wished me happy birthday at check in so really attention to detail!
Was allowed to leave luggage’s and use facilities until the room was ready 😊
Was served by Rj, Judie and Jazrel!
Really helpful as well at check out helping us get to the main road with our luggage 🧳
Thanks all highly recommended and will be back!
View from the room was amazing 🙌🏾
There was also a nice music being played at restaurant which was good and fire shows 🥳
