Since I booked through the Booking app the welcoming was very bad..they act as if they don't know the details of my booking.. the room allotted is not that great..The staff needed to be more courteous...

The staff didnt carry our luggages to the rooms. We were 8 members. If there was somebody to carry the luggage to the rooms, it was nice. Overall it is good Hotel. Little bit old.

Pathetic Stay. On top of Hospital and smells like hospital.

Cons:

1: No one showed the room or took us to room. Reception just gave keys and told floor number. After that we have to do finding. Even cheap hotel chains shows room during check-in.


2: Hotel restaurant took 50 minutes to give food. Pathetic taste, Oily food, and even gave wrong order. Ordered Kadai veg, gave Paneer. Even Paneer was duplicate.

3: No hospitality
