Great week at prime location in the heart of Palermo
Pros:

The flat is absolutely gorgeous with all necessary amenities and more. Really well designed, very clean and prime location.

Cons:

Because of its location, it can be noisy at night from the street music and atmosphere. We found very hard to dispose of the rubbish with no clear location for the bins.

An excellent property in an excellent location for exploring Palermo.
Pros:

The property and location are excellent.
We were particularly grateful for the excellent response from the owner when there was a small problem with the electricity, caused by work in another part of the building.

Cons:

The only annoyance was noise from the street into the early hours of the morning. Not a criticism of the property, the problem lies with the behaviour of tourists in the streets outside - and also therefore with the restaurants and bars that stay open late and allow this behaviour.

Great location and comfortable apartment
Pros:

Really great location for a Palermo centre break. An oasis of calm in the midst of the hubbub of this vibrant city. Spacious and very well equipped apartment proving a fantastic base for exploring the city. Easy walking access to Palermo Centrale rail for airport transfer and further exploration of the island.

Cons:

Noisy because of the all night revelry of Palermo. Would advise earplugs for light sleepers.

Super spacious
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for an extended stay.

Cons:

It's located right next to bars and restaurants so noise levels were high until the early hours of the morning, which made it a bit hard to get sleep.

Centrally located, clean, just bring your own toiletries.
Pros:

Location was great. Property was clean. It had all the modern amenities, but was lacking some supplies. Lots of air and light coming in.

Cons:

Customer service was lacking. Even though we informed them about our arrival, the person who came to check us in was late. They provided us no instructions on how to walk or which station to get off at while taking a bus from the airport. During checking, the person they sent did not know where the apartment was in the building so we carried our luggage up and downstairs Before finding an elevator. We discovered there was no shampoo or body wash and contacted the company and owner, but nobody contacted us back in the three days we were there. It’s a little disappointing as that is the last thing you want to deal with on your vacation. we had to go out to get Toiletries.
As well, the window in the bedroom needs some soundproofing and darker curtains as it was extremely loud and bright all the three nights. It’s a great place and very Comfortable beds.

Perfect apartament for a short stay, I would definitely stay here again for €100/ night.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful, large apartment, newly renovated with top quality furniture and appliances. Upon arrival we found a welcome gift from the owners (Luigi and Rita) with Sicilian sweets and a bottle of Sicilian organic almond body oil. Such a thoughtful and nice touch, we really appreciated the gesture ❤️.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. There’s an espresso machine and you can buy coffee pods at the supermarket (LIDL) which is located about 400 meters from the apartment, on Via Roma.
The apartment located on Via Vittorio Emanuele at the intersection with Via Roma, which means it’s within walking distance from the Stazione Centrale (15 min walk or 3 stops on bus 101, €1.80 cash at the driver). All the major sites are within walking distance (Cathedral, Norman Palace, Teatro Massimo, etc) so you don’t need taxis or buses. A taxi to/ from the airport is about €55 and 40 min but there are also trains to/from the airport to Stazione Centrale (€6.80 and about 1 hr).
We stayed there April 21-24 when the weather was a bit chilly, at night the temperatures dropped to 10C but the apartment has heat which you can control from a thermostat on the wall.
There’s no lockbox on the outside of the building but the company that manages this apartment will send someone to check you in after you confirm the arrival time. The company is very responsive, they’re available by phone at all hours in case of emergencies or for anything else you might need.
There’s a security guard in the inner courtyard of the building, for an added feeling of security. There’s also a 24/7 army post at the building corner in the back where there’s a square Piazza Borsa.

Cons:

The only inconvenience would be that the street (Via Vittorio Emanuele) is packed with restaurants and cafes with tables outside on the sidewalk which means a lot of noise at night. I imagine during the high season it’s even worse than April. The bedroom windows face that way and there’s zero noise insulation because the windows are old style wood framed (huge beautiful windows, floor to ceiling but not sound proofed). The living room windows face an inner courtyard which means you hear the street noise less than in the bedroom.
There are no window screens which means mosquitoes but I noticed that all over Italy, so not just in this apartment.
