Staff were lovely. So very helpful and accommodating. Apartment was nice and clean. Washing machine very handy. Plenty of space. Bit further out in terms of location but that suited our family just fine.

Cons:

We struggled a little with getting the bath / shower to work with the water temperature’s control in the kitchen but managed to get by ok.

Comfortable, convenient and well worth it. Great location with laundromat and train station access!
Pros:

Great location - quiet and accessible to train stations.
Akihabara Station was approx 10 min walk
Asakusabashi Station was approx 3 min walk
Restaurants and convenient stores nearby!

Also a laudromat is located in less than 1 min walk.

We received fresh towels every day! Cleaning was once every 3 days.

We traveled as a family of 5 and it was nice to have everyone under one roof sleeping together. The beds and sheets were comfortable to our exact liking. Our two kids slept on the top bunks (twin size beds) while the adults stayed in the lower bunks. The temperature was adjustable for our comfort!

Cons:

The washer and dryer (one machine - all in one) did not work well. After a wash - the clothes smelt musty and it wouldn't dry at all.

The toilet room was small and cramp - also it had a bad urine smell for our entire stay.
