An authentic hacienda
Pros:

This was a delightful stay, we should have stayed longer than one night. It's only a 5 - 10 minute drive from Mucuyche Hacienda and Cenote. It felt like an authentic hacienda, comfortable (very large) room. Great dinner and breakfast, fabulous, very large pool and they even have a cenote. Interesting host who told us a lot about the local history. If we are in the area again we would definitely return.

Cons:

When you turn onto the road to Yunko (the village where the hacienda is located) there is a sign letting you know that you're in the right place but in addition they really need to put a small sign at the entrance gate of the hacienda because it's not clear that the stone road to the hacienda is really the entrance.

Terribile
Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato aspettandoci una struttura immersa nel verde, tranquilla e con servizi adeguati se non a un 4 (come riportato) almeno a un 3 stelle.
Purtroppo la realtà è stata completamente diversa:
La struttura si presenta in condizioni di evidente degrado e non rispecchia in alcun modo le immagini o la descrizione online; si trova in una zona isolata, lungo una strada pericolosa e dissestata, con traffico di animali al pascolo.
Raggiungerla è stato complicato e poco sicuro. Inoltre, nella zona (in tutto il tratto per arrivare e per tornare) non c’è praticamente segnale telefonico né connessione internet, il che rende difficile qualsiasi comunicazione.
Non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio né sicuri e abbiamo deciso di andare via immediatamente.
Trovo difficile comprendere come una descrizione così distante dalla realtà possa essere pubblicata su Booking senza verifiche più accurate; la discrepanza tra quanto indicato online e le condizioni effettive della struttura è significativa e può creare seri disagi a chi prenota facendo affidamento sulle informazioni presenti sulla piattaforma.

Amazing - we wish we had stayed longer
Pros:

The hacienda is lovely with an amazing pool and cenote. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a really relaxing stay and we would definitely recommend.

Pros:

Die Hazienda liegt in mitten von nirgendwo . Man spürt noch die alte Zeit, ist aber mit schönen Zimmern- wir hatten eine der beiden Hütten- bestens untergebracht

Hier ist noch Luft nach oben.
Toole Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse abe keine Sitzmöbel bzw. nur ein alter Stuhl und kleiner Tisch .
Die liege am Pool sind ungepflegt und lieblos hinterlassen. Sehr schade. Auch die Poolpflege hat noch Bedarf.
Ebenso das Restaurant. Huhn mit Reis kalt bzw. in Zimmertemperatur zu servieren ist nicht sehr schön.
Das alles im Hinblick darauf dass auf der Hazienda Zimmerpreise aufgerufen werden die deutlich mehr Erwartung mit sich bringen. Und last but not least für ein Spiegelei zum Frühstück extra Geld zu verlangen ist schon ziemlich frech. Das haben wir in 3 Wochen Rundreise noch nicht erlebt

Úžasné místo k relaxaci. Naprosto výjimečné.

Úžasné místo, velmi relaxační. Vlastní Cenote, bazén, spousta místa pro relaxaci.

Cons:

V ceně byla zahrnuta snídaně, která byla opravdu skromná. Za více jídla se muselo připlácet.

Een paradijs
Pros:

Heerlijke plek, met grote tuin, zwembad en privé cenote. De accomodatie is gelegen in een klein dorpje, maar je kan ter plaatse lekker eten. Als je het vraagt maken ze zelfs iets vegetarisch klaar. De kamers zijn zeer ruim. We kregen ook tips voor onze uitstapjes.
