Wonderful hotel with phenomenal location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Metcalf hotel and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Staff were incredibly accommodating. The environment itself is stylish and classic yet warm and inviting.

Cons:

The Metcalfe is wonderful. I wish the rooms had better air circulation.

Nice facilities. And great staff. Rooms are pretty basic.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin! Felt like the family with two kids next to us were in our room at 6:00am. Was an unwanted wake up call.

Overall my stay was disappointing. The room was extremely loud and I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

The lobby was nicely furnished and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel seemed mostly empty, however the room I was given was in a corner between the housekeeping room and the elevators. My door was usually blocked and my room was extremely loud. Given the emptiness of the hotel, there was no reason to be placed in this room.
