Absolutely phenomenal staff. Friendly, kind and polite. This is the staff you expect to see in a luxury resort hotel for thousands a day. Hotel had a great location and spotless clean. It was quiet, beautiful rooms and stylish restaurant. Great location

Pros:

Location was perfect for walking to parliament/boat tours. Little bit farther was byward market. Staff was extremely welcoming & the bartenders were fantastic!

Cons:

While booking the hotel I missed the part about having to pay for parking- $47/day

Great staff, great rooms. Comfortable beds.
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable clean and welcoming. Everyone working was delightful. I walked in wearing sunglasses after ugly crying ( dropped my son off at university) was slightly embarrassed to be walking around inside in sunglasses lol but they made it not weird for me 😊

Pros:

Struttura centrale e nuova. Camere confortevoli e spaziose. Bello anche il bagno. Ideale per qualche giorno ad Ottawa.

Pros:

The location was great to walk almost anywhere.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathroom didn't have a fan so after a shower it stayed full of condensation for a while, which was evident by the water marks on the ceiling. There was also a scan to learn more about the hotel which lead to an awkward interaction with the front desk when I asked about the recreation room listed that apparently doesn't exist.
