Overall my stay was disappointing. The room was extremely loud and I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

The lobby was nicely furnished and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel seemed mostly empty, however the room I was given was in a corner between the housekeeping room and the elevators. My door was usually blocked and my room was extremely loud. Given the emptiness of the hotel, there was no reason to be placed in this room.

Pros:

We loved the decor and vibe of the hotel. The signature scent is beautiful! The restaurant was excellent and bed was super comfortable. We would recommend for anyone to stay here.

I had such a pleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient—close to shops and attractions, yet quiet enough to relax. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Our room was on the 5th floor and it was very quiet and clean. The restaurant was very good, but they turned several people away who didn’t have reservations. The wait staff were good too. The front desk staff went above and beyond their duties as they called cabs and helped us with directions. The valet people were also friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was wonderful and the room and the hotel were spotless.

Cons:

There was not anything that I didn’t like. However, I felt bad for all the people that they had to turn away from brunch as they did not have reservations. It would be great if they could expand the area to accommodate more people as they were all staying at the hotel that were turned away.
