Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Bar im 25. Stock mit toller Aussicht und leckeren Cocktails, sehr gut gemixt. Vom Balkon des Zimmers hatte man auch eine schöne Sicht auf die Halong Bucht, unser Zimmer war im 19. Stock.

It was one of the best places we stayed in Vietnam
Pros:

We would like to make a special mention to Jenny, Jenny went over and beyond to help make our stay the best it could be. Jenny even worked outside of working hours to help us with bookings and recommendations. Jenny is an absolute asset to this hotel. We have stayed in 6 hotels across Vietnam and didn’t experience anything close.

Cons:

The food was a little disappointing and could be improved, the pricing was fair but just not good food to eat.

Parfait pour une nuitée avant une croisière
Pros:

Hôtel tranquille et confortable. Un repas pris à l’hôtel qui était très bien. Pas beaucoup à faire aux alentours mais pour une nuit parfait.

Brilliant staff, amazing pool!
Pros:

Staff were exceptional, so friendly. The pool was gorgeous, comfy loungers, clean and a brilliant view of Ha Long Bay.
