Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 21ten Stock mit tollem Blick über die Ha Long Bucht
Massage und Fitnessraum im Hotel, wir haben die Massage gebucht und sehr genossen.
Toller Infinity Pool und Bar im 25ten Stock.
Uns hat alles gut gefallen 👍

Lage okay aber etwas außerhalb. Ist aber kein Problem mit Grab kommt man überall hin.

An absolutely fabulous hotel and at a reasonable cost. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was large and a big comfy bed, it was clean. Great view over the bay. Breakfast was fabulous lots of choice and plenty of it. Evening meals were beautiful. Pool are is great music large pool sunbeds and chairs. Location close to shops bars and restraunts. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous oasis in HaLong…
Pros:

Magnificent facilities and very polite, kind & efficient staff. Room top pool was amazing. We had premiere adjoining room which made our stay as a family very enjoyable with loads of space to feel at home. Highly recommend if you’re after a comfortable approach to Ha Long Bay boat tour.

Perfect stay.
Pros:

Right from the start the staff were so friendly with checking in and any local queries we had. They assisted us and were very patient when booking us an overnight cruise on the bay. The rooms are spacious, clean and the facilities are the best we have had in SE Asia. The pool and bar area were great and the staff catered to all our needs. The food was of good quality and the Vietnamese cuisine was very authentic.

Jenny was absolutely amazing, every one needs a Jenny in their life to sort out your activities

Beautiful Hotel, the staff couldn’t do more for you and so friendly, nothing was a problem for them, the room was clean and luxurious

It was a lot pricier than staying in Da Nang and there wasn’t much to do around the hotel, finding good places to eat was difficult

Super ! Les photos sont fidèles au lieu. Nous avons profiter de la piscine, du bar avec la terrasse en rooftop, et du spa. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux et proposait un large choix convenant à tous.
Le personnel était à l’écoute et très agréable.
