Sehr luxuriöses Hotel mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Super chicer Pool mit herausragender Aussicht, leider sind die Öffnungszeiten viel zu kurz. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl und gutem Service

Cons:

Umgebung gleicht im Januar einer Geisterstadt. Bis auf etliche Reisebusse, wo Chinesen oder Russen nach Ha Long gekarrt werden, ist dort alles menschenleer. Ein Restaurant zu finden, wo man englisch versteht, ist fast unmöglich

Great hotel
Pros:

Everything was great. Location, rooms and price.

Cons:

The staff at the reception were not fluent in English and because of the lack of communication they were getting frustrated with us for not being able to understand the booking of a large group of 14 people. We told them that we are traveling together but our booking is separate. In the end it was all sorted out and we enjoyed the rest of the stay at the hotel.

完美！
Pros:

一切都无可挑剔！设施很新，房间面朝大海，干净整洁，房间大小适中，很舒服！早餐品种丰富，就餐环境优雅舒适。服务人员也非常专业热情。虽然酒店不在市中心，这本来是我订酒店时的一点担心，但是来了发现压根无需担心，下龙不大，打个车都是几分钟就到了。
