Stylish Hotel with Great Sea Views
Pros:

The hotel is new, modern and very fashionable. Rooms are spacious and very nicely designed with comfortable beds and large windows. We got upgraded room with the sea view and balcony and the view was amazing.

Cons:

This is a 5 star hotel and the service should be provided to that standard. Unfortunately I have to say that the behaviour of the staff and all the services provided by the hotel were below that level. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which barely satisfied European guests and we did not feel any hospitality from the staff at all.

I will definitely keep coming back to this hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful property in a great location. The infinity rooftop pool and bar was wonderful. The room was very spacious and well kept.

Pros:

Le personnel. Jenny nous a apporté son aide tout au long de notre séjour pour les différentes reservations dans une réactivité sans aucune commune mesure. Encore merci à elle !
Et... quelle vue de la chambre ! Splendide.

Lovely stay for amazing value
Pros:

Very modern and comfortable. Nice view. Great gym and pool (just freezing in March, good for a cold post-run plunge though). Decent breakfast buffet. Great value! The concierge and customer service via whatsapp was also amazing - such an easy and extremely helpful service. We were able view some tour options, book a massage, get car transfers to and from Hanoi.

Cons:

Seemed to be a bit far from things. Although, I think everything seemed quite spaced out in Halong Bay in general. So not a huge flaw. Just took a grab to most places.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Bar im 25. Stock mit toller Aussicht und leckeren Cocktails, sehr gut gemixt. Vom Balkon des Zimmers hatte man auch eine schöne Sicht auf die Halong Bucht, unser Zimmer war im 19. Stock.
