La ubicación para la salida de los buses a hacia Panajachel.
El personal muy buena nota.

La ubicación, à pocas cuadras de la plaza principal. Ubicada cerca de negocios de comida y mercados.

Cons:

Pagué por dos noches. Esos días me tocó visita al volcán qué tomas dos días. Les expliqué la situación y no me dieron solución para extensión de check out. Habiendo pagado dos noches, nuestras maletas fueron enviadas a un almacén... Ocupe o no, la habitación no puede liberarse hasta que termine el contrato. Es decir, pague prácticamente dos noches de hospedaje para que cuiden mis maletas.

Tampoco responden a los mensajes que se les envía por booking, de igual forma, no quisieron facilitarnos un nro de teléfono personal o de negocio para comunicarnos directamente.

Safe and enjoyable
Pros:

The street itself feels very safe and bright. The staff are very friendly, comfortable beds and you have 24 hour access in and out with your own key for exterior doors. Plus the breakfast was very nice

Great breakfast included and cheap price

Cons:

Very basic rooms, the door was not able to lock.
No privacy in the room or bathroom as there is no proper closure with the rooms or windows. You can hear everything from other guests and the street.
No ventilation in the room, it smelled musty from the beginning, just like the towels. There was hair in the shower from the previous guests.

Foi uma ótima estadia, depois de subirmos ao vulcão precisávamos de um bom descanso e esse lugar foi simplesmente o melhor. A localização foi super favorável para a gente pois é super central e o café da manhã que eles oferecem é incrível.
