Pros:

Vi boede der efter acatenango hike, og det var lige hvad vi havde brug for. Sengen er god, og tv’et fungerer. Morgenmaden er helt fantastisk! Man får meget for pengene.

Cons:

Der er temmelig lydt, og måske er der lidt få toiletter + bad til antallet af gæster

El personal fue realmente grosero conmigo y me hizo la estancia muy incómoda. En especial la chica de recepción. Tuvo una actitud horrible y de desprecio continuo. Nos hizo sentir horrible. Jamás volvería y nunca lo recomendaría.

Pros:

We have booked this place to times, but now we are in a different hotel in the town. It seems like it is a chain hotel. But you are not informed about it. ….Last hotel was so good they stored our luggage, when we were on the hike.

But now we are a bit out of town, and guess what. We have some cockroaches 🪳 so nice. And this place is a bit more outdated and just not so clean.

El lugar está bien ubicado, la gente es amable.

Su habitación le falta, aunque sea una mesa, todo debía ponerse en el suelo, no había abanico, ni aire, no tenía zonas comunes, ni refri ni nada de eso, solicite una plancha para ropa y no había ni tampoco secadora. el desayuno muy pobre, al menos no todos estamos acostumbrados a desayunar frutas.

El precio accesible y razonable al lugar.

Para nada nos agradó que no nos prestaran el servicio sanitario en la tarde cuando regresamos por los bolsos, al final solo queríamos orinar y la muchacha nos dijo que el servicio estaba limpio y que habían otros huésped, nos hizo sentir por menos aún considerando que solo eran orines ni que fuéramos a dejar el servicio feo y también tomar en cuenta que nosotros no usamos el servicio de desayuno se ahorraron eso ustedes pero uno les pide el servicio y no lo prestan.

Es un tema de servicio al cliente, en la ciudad fuimos a otro hostal, y fueron tan diferentes, nos dejaron hasta bañarnos antes del check in.

Ojalá puedan mejorar eso, ya que es un tema de necesidad humana y al final no éramos cualquier persona, fuimos huésped.

Nice old building with yard , friendly stuff, very clean.

I misread the checkout time ,came back half an hour late and got charged Q 50 which I think is very harsh .

The staff were friendly and helpful. The stay included breakfast

Cons:

The door to the bedroom automatically locked when you went out to the loo. So had to be really careful. Bathroom really small.
