Staying at Villa Sophia was comfortable, affordable, and gives us a reason to come back to the area.
Pros:

We really liked this hotel- great value, nice location, straight forward, and relaxing. I liked that employees greeted you right away and took you to your room. They explained everything and it was all simple/easy. The rooms aren’t luxurious, but they were comfortable and what we needed for a parent only weekend getaway. We would stay here again and can imagine doing a big family trip here.

Cons:

The main disadvantage is that there is no food onsite. You have to go to nearby restaurants, which isn’t bad really, but I enjoy the convenience of a hotel having a restaurant or at least cafe. I also would have liked extra towels in the room.

Location and how new the property is

Cons:

The pool was cold. Looks very nice pool but actually no one was in there due to cold. It could be awesome if they install a heater. There were no closets in the room to storage clothes and the water heater for the bath was not working well.
