Tranquilidad
Pros:

Debido a la época del año, la tranquilidad, aunque teníamos unos vecinos que estaban pesados con la música.

Vila je z velmi laciných materiálů, vše vrzalo a hluk z vedlejší vily byl slyšet, jak když se nacházíme ve stejné místnosti. Sprchy plesnivé, úklid celkově strašný. Nábytek i veškeré vybavení toho má opravdu hodně za sebou. Uklízečky z neznámého důvodu nemyly nádobí ve dřezu( hrnky a skleničky). Společné bazény ve vilové části byly zavřené, slibovaný minimarket a restaurace také. Snídaně byly v hotelu vzdáleném cca 2km pěšky po silnici bez chodníku- nabízená kyvadlová doprava velmi pokulhávala, cestu můžete vidět na fotografii. “Bazén” u vily naprosto ledový a hluboký cca po kolena( možná někde bylo uvedeno, ale ani zpětně jsem to nikde nenašla). 2 dny před příjezdem jsem hotel kontaktovala s dotazem k dřívějšímu check-inu a nedostala jsem odpověď a telefon také nikdo nebral. V den příjezdu se opakovalo to samé.

Cons:

Afwerking van de huisjes zien er op de foto's veel luxer uit dan in het echt. Water privé zwembadje is steenkoud waardoor we deze niet hebben gebruikt dus zonde van het geld.

Absolutely not worth the money
Pros:

Almost nothing except for the location itself

Cons:

Staff was completely incompetent (for instance, reception staff did not if the restaurant is open or closed, checkin took almost half an hour per guest), we had ants in the room, pool was badly cleaned. And this was before the mass season started - scared to think what happens there during high season and heavy occupancy

Es un sitio ideal para desconectar, y muy cómodo para pasar unos días en Benidorm

Cons:

El trato con el personal del hotel, más concretamente con el encargado de la limpieza, que perdió completamente las formas.
El trato fue penoso por su parte
Fuimos con un bebé, y el Sábado nos llamaron a las 9:00 para hacer la habitación, aún estábamos durmiendo y le dijimos que por favor volviera un poco más tarde
Volvimos a las 15:00 y sobre las 15:30 se durmió el bebé, en ese momento, después de toda la mañana aparecieron para hacer la habitacion.
Le dijimos que por favor, que volviera en un poco de tiempo, para no despertar al peque y la contestación fue que la habitacion se quedaba por hacer, que ya no iba a volver.
Lo transmitimos en recepción cuando nos fuimos, la verdad que la persona de recepción estuvo muy amable y muy correcta.
Llamo al encargado de limpieza, y no nos dejo ni hablar, y en todo momento defendía la postura de la trabajadora, de habernos dejado sin hacer la habitacion, aún habíendo tenido más de 6 horas para poder acometer esa tarea antes de que volvieramos y no tener nada de empatía, cuando solo pedíamos un poco de tiempo que descansara nuestro bebé.

Una lástima, que después de una estancia tan agradable, se nos fastidiara, por el trato con esta persona
