Die Kleinigkeiten zeichnen ein Hotel aus

Un hotel de encanto, una ubicación excelente, un restaurante con muy poco nivel que no se lo merecen
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Se trata de un hotel moderno con un diseño interior muy elegante y cuidado cada detalle. La habitación doble esta muy bien equipada y diseñada con mucho gusto, espaciosa y elegante con un baño amplio y una ducha cómoda y espaciosa. El bufete de desayuno es muy amplio y variado, no se echa nada en falta. El personal de recepción y del servicio de desayuno fueron muy amables, muy atentos prestando siempre mucha atención. Un servicio perfecto.

Cons:

Nuestra estancia coincidió en julio con un calor sofocante. La falta de aire acondicionado en la habitación y la orientación de la habitación que daba al suroeste, dando el sol durante toda la tarde, nos hizo pasar muchos apuros para poder dormir.

Lo peor de lo peor, y aquí si que pido al hotel, así se lo hemos dejado saber a la recepción haciendo el checkout, que actuen, ya que esta incidencia hace mermar la sensación de calidad del hotel en general. El resultado se ve en la valoracion de personal y servicios.

Reservamos en el restaurante del hotel Ocean 7 una cena para dos personas el 14.07.26. a las 20.00h. El servicio que recibimos durante toda la cena fue de lo peor que hemos vivido en los últimos años. Falta de coordinación entre los tres camareros (2 chicos muy poco formados) y una mujer mayor y la cocina hizo que toda la cena se fue retrasando más alla de lo normal. En nuestro caso estuvimos esperando al plato principal casi 45 min., viendo como la camarera salía y entraba en la cocina 3 veces con nuestra comida y no sabia donde servir. Al final nos encontró, pero como ya nos imaginábamos, la comida estaba fría. La devolvimos y tuvimos que esperar otros 30 minutos más para dejarla a medias ya que estaba templada y no sabia a nada. Durante toda la espera, lo único que se escuchaba eran carcajadas y risas de los camareros. El pedido de un aperitivo Hugo tardó 25 minutos. Después de reclamárselo 2 veces me lo trajo con una sonrisa en la cara que me hacia dudar si beberlo o no. En cada momento los camareros actuaron con mucha soberbia y falta de respeto, el colmo ya fue, cuando la camarera nos echó en cara que porque no habíamos levantado la mano al verla con nuestra comida, imagínese, que falta de profesionalidad, ni una disculpa, si no echándonos la culpa a nosotros. Nos fuimos muy descontentos pagando una factura de 99,50€ sin haberlo disfrutado. Pero lamentablemente no fuimos los únicos que se fueron disgustados. Así se pierden clientes.

Ein Hotel zum entschleunigen und sich verwöhnen lassen

Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück wäre mit ausgezeichnet glatt unterbewertet, denn es lässt keinen Wunsch offen.

Ein herrliches Hotel für unseren Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Etwas außerhalb, daher sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer hatte Blick auf Meer- einfach wunderschön mit großem Balkon. Besonders gut fanden wir die Fliegenschutztür.

Perfekte Lage, stilvolles Hotel und außergewöhnlich freundlicher Service
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen – in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Fähre, und der Hafen ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Besonders praktisch ist der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Das Zimmer war modern, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt.

Hervorzuheben ist das extrem freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Auch das Restaurant war wirklich toll und sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Frühstück ist großzügig und bietet eine großartige Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die fehlende Klimaanlage, was je nach Jahreszeit etwas unangenehm sein kann.

Fabelhafter Urlaub
Pros:

Es war alles sehr sauber und das Frühstück war wirklich fabelhaft. Wenn es noch mehr Sterne geben würde würde ich noch mehr vergeben.
Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und sehr nett.
Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.
