Das Hotel ermöglicht seinen Gästen mit der Nutzungsmöglichkrit der benachbarten Therme einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die außergewöhnlich geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung der Zimmer sowie des gesamten Hotels, gepaart mit der bemerkenswerten Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Lage des Hotels!

Cons:

Wenn die Parkplätze auf dem Hotelparkplatz seitlich markiert wären, würde einigen Hotelgästen die Parkordnung leichter fallen. Dies bitte als Anregung und nicht als Kritik werten!

Tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip mit Hund an die Nordsee
Pros:

Insgesamt ein super modernes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Uns hat besonders gut der Umgang mit unserem Hund gefallen und wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlung für alle, die eine Auszeit an der Nordsee in einem schönen Hotel mit leckerem Restaurant suchen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön 👍 Zimmer top eingerichtet und die Lage ist auch sehr schön. Insgesamt ist das Hotel klasse .
Aber leider muss ich sagen, dass Personal im Restaurant sollte Schulungen in Anspruch nehmen. Hier wäre Handlungsbedarf und das ist SEHR SEHR schade für so ein tolles Hotel. Eine Dame ganz besonders ( Namen werde ich nicht nennen) ist extrem schnell von den Gästen genervt und das zeigt sie dann auch in sehr schnippiger Art. Schade eigentlich, sonst hätten wir eine 10 vergeben.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.
Pros:

Am Frühstücksbuffet hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Nordseetherme Bensersiel ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Ein toller, wenn auch ungeplanter Aufenthalt. Das Ambiente war super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr gute Küche und die Lage einmalig. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
