We had a very nice stay while in Concord for an event.

My stay was amazing!

It was our first time staying in a place like that and we travel alot…it was more private and way better experience then a regualer hotel stay without the staff… definetely will will try to stay again in our future trips.

The area literally smelled like raw sewage. The process to enter was convoluted and the instructions were incorrect. The cleaning crew entered our room before we checked out. Parking was a quest, 5 blocks away and in a space I was unsure whether or not I'd be towed before the morning.

Super easy and romantic and efficient!

I didn't even wind up staying here the place was so disgusting I left after being there for 30 minutes. Smelt awful, carpets, walls counter tops just filthy. Absolutely disgusting..

Great home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and all of the great amenities. Great location with easy additional parking. Several cute cafes walking distance too. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This property is NOT safe. It was a convenient location, spacious, beautiful shower and bathroom but not safe by any means. All the codes, gate remotes, and key fobs are there to give you a false sense of security. My car was broken into in broad daylight! I immediately called the police and I contacted Kasa. I wasn't offered anything for the disturbance that happened on their property. All of my bank cards, money, and electronics were stolen and the property could really care less. The police came and did a report but that doesn't bring back any personal items or my piece of mind. I still had 1 night left after the break in. The company offered NOTHING. The rest of my time there was scary as I felt like I had to check on my car every 20 minutes. I got no sleep that night. Don't let the reviews fool you.. they will break into your car if you come here.

Beautiful location, Tons of local shops and restaurants within a short walk 0 5-1 mile away. Easy access to the Charlotte transit as well. Room was immaculate and comfortable.

The property was very clean and tidy. The location was ideal, next to a train station. Earplugs were provided for noise, although I did not need them. The pool area was clean. It’s an easy location to get transportation in and out of. The parking garage is not complementary, and if you request a late check out, there is a $25 charge. There’s quite a bit of construction going on around the property, so parking is extremely limited, and parking in the garage is the best option at this point in time. Just be prepared to pay for it. The area is walkable in the sense that there’s a coffee shop and a sandwich shop nearby. The coffee shop is very expensive, so you may want to venture a bit further out for some more affordable breakfast.

Definitely the best trip ever. The property was better than expected and the communication was great. Would def recommend and will come again

This property was amazing! Great location. Very clean and had all of the amenities necessary for my stay. Check in and check was very easy. I was very impressed with this property. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice clean property accessible to public transit very modern great lights, amazing kitchen and bathrooms. It’s a short walk to some great neighborhood.
