Mountain View Hot Spring Resort

Завтрак очень вкусный, качественный и разнообразный, но вся еда холодная (даже которая предполагается горячей) - если менеджмент скорректирует этот момент, будет просто отлично.

The location and scenery were nice, but I felt the staff could be more welcoming and attentive. Service was quite slow, and it didn’t feel very comfortable overall. The food was disappointing, often served cold and not very tasty

The breakfast is so poor, everything is cold and not fresh, all order need to wait a long time, when they bring always cold. The swimming pools are not clean, we just closed our eyes because of the view. Everything was so expensive which is not cost for this quality for the food. .

- the design is a bit old school (though neat and nice)
- summer terrace service could be a bit better, but even when orders are messed up the staff are super nice and helpful which makes up for it
- no ATM or exchange service (while you can charge everything on the hotel room and pay by card on checkout if you want to go on a day trip - which is amazingly arranged by the hotel with an absolute fantastic guide!!!!! - you need cash)
- the place can get crowded on weekends by those who come with a « day pass », as well as corporate events that may be a bit disturbing during the day for some

Springs were not clean, unhygienic water.

The service was disappointing.

Before booking, we confirmed that the hotel offered airport shuttle service for $50. Upon check-in, I personally reserved the transfer with the receptionist and reconfirmed it multiple times during our stay. Still, during check-out, the staff panicked as there was no shuttle arranged. In the end, they booked a Yandex ride for us last minute, but failed to inform the driver we were paying in USD, which caused confusion.

There was also a power outage during our stay, and the hotel failed to inform guests. No communication or updates were given, which left many of us unsure about what was happening.

The room itself was incredibly spacious—you could literally dance in it! That was a pleasant surprise. However, the breakfast was just average.

The hot spring, while a nice feature, is also open to day-tour visitors. It was extremely crowded, especially since our stay coincided with the EID holiday.

They double billed food and beverage items.
We noticed the beverage and got it reversed. Later found two food items were double charged

The air con was not working due to winter may be. But only fan and heater worked which was suffocating

A) Room very basic and old furnitures
B) We request to check out by at least 1:00 PM but hotel refused the request by saying 12:00 PM check out by policy . The hotel was not busy and not fully occupied but check-out time was not extended .
C) menu for food limited
D) water was provided inside room from tap water not in bottle.
E) every room can hear neighbors room even for normal talks with noise echo of floors and rooms

Could have been cleaner - distinct smell in the bathroom, full waste bin. There was still on going construction in the property but it did not disturb our sleep. Small details that could be worked on considering it is a hot spring wellness centre - lack of thermometers in the pools and sauna. For the price of rooms the spa/pool access should be later than 12 on the day of checkout.

The room was nice, spacious and had lots of natural light, but the bed was slightly uncomfortable (hard) and an additional pillow would have been nice (however, I'm sure they would have provided it if we asked, but we were only there for one night so it was not a big deal). Some minor things I noticed that aren't very important: You cannot use the TV from the bed, there are no lamps near the bed (only the main light), and there was only one side table next to the bed.

The food was poor...in the evening we waited over an hour for two meals. It seemed that priority was given to groups.
