Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in. If the guest staying is not the cardholder or if the credit card used cannot be produced at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. Ramadan special:
• All bookings that include a normal breakfast will be provided/ initialed Sahour meal instead.
• Iftar Ramadan Buffet price is 246 SAR per person per meal subject to 15% VAT.

• Please note that during Ramadan, restaurant access and dining entitlements will be provided through Brand Wallet digital passes.
Family policy:
• Children up to 18 years old stay free (with parents, who can stay in the same bedding setup) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate.
• Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary meals.
• For children aged 6 - 11 years old, there is a 50% discount on meals.
• From 12 years old, children are considered adults for meal charges.
Parking fees apply as per the third-party operating price list.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est un des meilleurs buffet que nous n’ayons jamais fait 😍 mention spéciale pour Richo qui était à été super avec nous et fesait en sorte que nous passions un super moment

لم يعجبني موظفة الاستقبال مروج فقد كانت مستائه ولا عربد المساعده ولم تكن بشوشه وكانت غاضبه وقد اخبرتها انه في الطلبات الخاصه وضعت لكم وساله اطالب فيها الفندق بما اني زبونه دائمه و عضو مهم في بوكنق واحمل نجمة سناب شات ان يضعو لي لفته بسيطه او ترقيه فردت تقول ان هذه الرسائل لا يهرمون بها وانها لا تائتي الفندق بل من اختصاص بوكنق اصريت عليها ان تبحث عن الرساله لاكن انها ترفض وتتكلم بعضب وتقول لي اني اتهمها انها تكذب ازعجني نصوفها جدا واذا كان هناك سبب لعدم الحجز مره اخرا فهو وجودها وتصرفها الغير لائق وعدم اهتمام الفندق بعملائه الدائمين
