Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that any credit card used for either pre-payment or charges on-site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in. If the guest staying is not the cardholder or if the credit card used cannot be produced at the time of check-in, the guest must provide alternate payment arrangements. Under no circumstances will the hotel honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without the presentation of the credit card and the cardholder's authorization. Family policy:
• Children up to 18 years old stay free (with parents, who can stay in the same bedding setup) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate.
• Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary meals.
• For children aged 6 - 11 years old, there is a 50% discount on meals.
• From 12 years old, children are considered adults for meal charges.

الموقع قريبه من الحرم والخدمات حوله ،المول والمطاعم بنفس المبنى ،حجم الغرفه، النظافه كل العاملين، والموظفين
الاستقبال رووووعه قمة بالأدب والاخلاق سرعة في تسليم الغرف تعامل راقي جداًجداً

تم إلغاء اقامتي بمجرد وصولي إلى مكه ورفع الأسعاربزيادة كبيرة جدا مما جعل صعوبة في ايجاد السكن المناسب لي وللعائلة
