Für 2 Nächte eine akzeptable Alternative zum Hotel.
Pros:

Riesiges bequemes Bett im Doppelzimmer. Gute Busanbindung. Sehr ruhige Umgebung.

Cons:

Es gab 5 Betten, aber nur 3 Stühle am Tisch. Es gab ein Trinkglas. Leider keinen Lappen zum Abwaschen und kein Geschirrtuch. Im 3 Bettzimmer, war die Matratze des Doppelbettes so durchgelegen, dass man immer in die Mitte gerollt ist. Haben extra eine FW mit Küche gewählt, wg. Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeit, um selbst zu kochen—> 1 Herdplatte, 2 kleine Töpfe = war schwierig.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und schönes großes gräumiges Zimmer
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schönen Umgebung.

Cons:

Was mir weniger gefallen hat, war das Gemeinschaftsbad. Das hängt allerdings sehr davon ab, mit welchen Gästen man es teilt. Wenn alle Rücksicht nehmen und das Bad sauber hinterlassen, ist es überhaupt kein Problem. Leider war das bei uns nicht immer der Fall, weshalb die Nutzung zeitweise etwas weniger angenehm war. Das ist natürlich nicht direkt die Schuld der Unterkunft, aber bei einem Shared Bathroom sollte man sich dessen bewusst sein.

Pros:

I was provided with clear self check-in instructions before my stay. There were two bedrooms on the property and each had its own passcode lock. Room was very spatious. The shared bathroom was clean. I ran out of toilet paper during my stay and the property manager addressed it quickly. Good access to buses to UBC, downtown, and the Canada Line. Very convenient for a short stay.

Cons:

The main door locking mechanism was a little hard to figure out (turn the handle upwards to lock). The room doors were not very soundproof, I could hear the guests in the other room even when they were speaking softly. More hooks to hang clothes and towels would have been nice!

Very comfortable bed in spacious room

Cons:

A tiny window giving very little light as the room is below grounfloor.
No toilet paper in WC , nor tea towels in kitchen
Difficulty to open the front door

Located in a lovely street close to public transport and shops. For a shared facility the privacy was good. The room was large and very clean as was the kitchen and bathroom

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr bequemen Betten. War auf meiner Rundreise 2x dort und konnte beide Zimmer testen. Beim zweiten Mal hatte ich sogar zufällig die ganze Wohnung für mich alleine. Gut ausgestattet Küche. Bei Fragen sind die Vermieter schnell per Telefon oder WhatsApp erreichbar. Lage ist super, im schönen Kitsilano

Muy comodo y espacioso, baño muy limpio y espacioso también. La llegada fue muy fácil, el lugar mantenía una limpieza impecable y además era muy silencioso
