Nice apartment advertised under false pretences - you share it with strangers.
Pros:

It's a nice, quiet location. The apartment is large.

Cons:

1) I thought that I was renting the whole apartment, I was woken up in the morning by someone else coming out of the other bedroom to use the shower. I had left my bedroom door open all night. I was not told that I would be sharing the apartment and I wouldn't have stayed there if I had known this.
2) The shower handle fell off while I was using it. The bathroom fan is filthy and clogged with dust.
3) The owner sent me a photo of the entry key lock box with the wrong combination number - I couldn't open the lock-box so I couldn't access the key to get in. The owner arrived 15 minutes later to let me in.

Very convenient and relaxing wonderful stay
Pros:

I liked the privacy and how it felt like a home . It is in a lovely area with amazing views of the city and beaches plus you can access what you need easily many bus routes. It has been so nice I extended my stay!
It's clean and modern as in pictures you are provided with essentials and Nespresso coffee. I would recommend staying here.

Private apartment
Pros:

Everything was great. Even though the accommodation was shared, I felt very comfortable and free, almost like staying in a private house. The atmosphere was calm and cozy. All the necessary amenities were provided, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

As a small downside, we stayed for one week, and during that time the garbage had to be taken out by ourselves. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay here again

Brilliant base to explore Vancouver.
Pros:

Location was great for me about 40 minutes to downtown via bus or a lovely 90.minute walk.
Jericho beach at the bottom of the hill and lots of trails and jogging routes to explore nearby.

Vancouver Short stay
Pros:

The accommodation is located in a quiet and clean neighborhood, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy reach. Jericho Beach is about a comfortable 30-minute walk away. The property has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, all of which are tidy and well maintained. The kitchen is relatively well equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast or light meals.

Communication and key handover via Booking and WhatsApp worked absolutely perfectly. We can highly recommend this accommodation for both short and longer stays.

Un bon pied à terre à Vancouver dans un quartier résidentiel !
Pros:

La chambre était grande, le lit très confortable. La salle de bain est également très bien.
Les dosettes de café sont très appréciables surtout quand on n'a pas eu le temps de faire les courses
La personne relais a été très réactive par message et nous a très bien accompagné.
Le quartier est très calme

Cons:

Manque d'espace différent et de place dans le salon/cuisine car nous pouvons être 2 couples inconnus (logement partagé).
Manque de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle et d'ustensile de cuisine mais sinon très bien !
Peu insonorisé entre les pièces et par rapport aux voisins mais c'est acceptable.
Les supermarchés et autres commerces/restaurant sont à minimum 10 min de marche, il faut juste l'anticiper.
