Smelly room
Pros:

Large room with kitchen and large shower. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

As soon as we walked into the room, it stunk of dampness, could have been the drains. It felt like no-one has stayed in the room for awhile. The bedside lamp was broken, with sharp glass exposed (we had to remove and give to reception). One of the mugs was cracked so got them to replace and give us a second mug, there was no kettle but they gave us one the next day. The kitchen had run out of gas, they did replace straight away. Could have done with a good clean, especially the floors. The stairway was filthy and had dead cockroaches. We caught the lift instead. There was no lighting on the stairway and in entrance to our room. We stayed 4 nights. Wouldn't stay there again. Wish we had stayed in a different location, near Bassac Street

Not Quite Love at First Sight, but It Worked Out"
Pros:

To be perfectly honest, our first impression of the residence wasn’t exactly love at first sight. My wife was initially given a studio that looked like it had seen better (and cleaner) days — not to mention the mysterious water leak that added a little extra 'spa' experience we didn’t ask for.
That said, the staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful. They quickly arranged a switch to a different apartment, which turned out to be perfectly fine. The furnishings and kitchen gear were on the simple side, but to be fair, we might have been a bit spoiled by the previous place we stayed at — which was a touch more glamorous.
In the end, it was decent value for money – not luxurious, but it delivered what we expected .Next time, we’ll likely go back to our usual place by the river – you just can’t beat that location!

Cons:

The bedsheets looks like an old one, hasn't been changed at all. No soap, no towels (we were told that the big room they don't provide towels). The rest of our group are not happy and they want me to pass the review.

Avoid.
Pros:

Two things let this place down: poor maintenance and slack cleaning. When I checked in they had given me a smaller room than I had booked, so I asked to be moved. The second room had a non working fan and the aircon didn’t work either. They moved me again. The next room was filthy! I was moved back to the second room, where they managed to get the aircon working. Still no fan though. So I settled in, took a shower, and found that the bottles of shampoo, body wash, and hand wash they provided were empty! The staff here need their backsides kicking!
