Great value for money, super nice staff who came to make it easy for us to check in even at midnight and patiently showed us everything in the room. The apartment is in a great location - it is very central, but on a side street where it is not noisy. So sleeping through the night is quite possible. The room was very nicely furnished and had everything you needed.
The only negative, however, was the uncomfortable and incredibly squeaky bed. This definitely needs to be replaced!
Overall we were very satisfied and can recommend it!
- Helpful hosts. We've asked for an ironing board, and they brought one immediately.
- You can leave your luggage at the reception before check-in and after check-out.
- Great location, easy to walk everywhere.
- Pretty design. The room is really cozy.
- Roaches. The hosts qucikly came to spray the room after the first complaint, but the roaches kept coming. They are lovely people and did what they could, but overlooking cockroaches crawling over the plates, shower, and all the other surfaces is pretty impossible.
- The geyser shower only has one tolerable temperature setting, and water pressure is low. The shower head has been replaced, which is usually good, but this one is simply too heavy and falls out from the holder, so you have to manually hold it over your head. All that makes the shower process super inconvenient. There were also two unlabled bottles, which I assume were shampoo and/or showergel. They could really use those lables.
Everything was wonderdul. The company is the best one in the district. You can always reach someone and they will be able to solve any problem. The hosts and team are very friendly. The apartments are nice and pretty clean. I do always prefer them when I need to stay in the city. I suggest all the guests to have this experience with Istanberry. Also they have a nice coffe place there, you can visit it to relax and have a lunch. We will be back for sure. Thanks for everything 😊
Great place to stay in Instanbul, particularly if you need to stay for a long term. Bright studio with a small kitchen in a local neighbourhood next to Iztiklal.
They have reception 24 hs and helped us with whatever we needed.

The second stay at Istanberry apartments (keep checking different ones each time), feels like visiting friends now 😊 no complaints at all, everything was good, just be aware of the high stairs if travelling with huge bags (I had no issues, my bags were light)

Their behaviour. They were sweet. THEY HAVE SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM.
Actually, they don't have lifts . No staff is there as it is an apartment .They texted me for rating 10 . Floor was like sticky and not fixed well. It is also downward from the main road. So I have to climb to get the road .
