The first room that assigned to us is dirty and dark. No phone and the drainage shower was clog so it seem your swimming.

The room itself is not clean. The smell of rotten wood lingers so bad in the room. The smell of the sheets are not freshly clean too. The bathroom stinks! There’s no ventilation. No phone in the room too! So weve been coming out to the lobby to personally ask our request. The staff needs to communicate with each other. The shower room leaks. They said theyll fix it but no one came back to do so. They also dont take out garbages. We even asked for a garbage bag. On our 2nd day one staff told us we dont have bfast w our booking but we have! She’s been pointing out that were not on the list. Like that’s their job. Super disappointed with the experience. The place is not worth the price.

Pros:

The blanket was like scotch brite, towels were thin. Second night, they ran out of water for a couple of hours. The Buffett was always late, after 7 am and was just okay. You have to go through at least 2 levels of stairs.

Everything went well with this hotel . Workers are great. Free breakfast, Not da best but at least its free. Theres no elevators though but workers are very helpful in assisting with carrying luggages

Pros:

Staff was friendly and especially helpful with luggage. Room lighting was dim and toilet did not flush properly. There was a problem initially with the TV but staff graciously fixed quickly. Free breakfast was above average and coffee was especially good.
