Отличное место, особо не о чем и говорить.
Pros:

Все понравилось. Отель находится практически в центре города, поэтому сочетание цена номера/комфорт/доступность - идеальны. Не первый раз уже останавливаюсь в этом отеле.

Cons:

Единственный минус - то, что в данном отеле в принципе не предусмотрены завтраки. Однако рядом есть несколько заведений общепита, где можно с утра спокойно перекусить.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit guter Lage und Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station
Pros:

Das Zimmer hat eine tolle Ausstattung mit verschiedenen Hausschuhen Haartrockner, Wasserkocher für Tee(leider kein Kaffee). Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, und es ist bestimmt für jeden etwas dabei.

Прекрасное расположение отеля. Номер был чистый, без плесени) прям перед нами помыли пол.

Um hotel péssimo em uma boa localização.
Pros:

A localização é boa, do lado de um shopping e da estação de metrô.

Cons:

O hotel é velho, com recepção e elevador capengas mas quartos reformados. Os quartos não tem isolamento acústico e dá pra escutar tudo, incluindo os vizinhos que chegam de madrugada. As amenities são as mais baratas possíveis e de péssima qualidade. O corredor cheira a cigarro e, quando chegamos, nos foi informado que ganhamos um "upgrade" de quarto, o que parecia um bom começo.

Se o quarto que recebemos foi o upgrade, não consigo imaginar o original... O quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo muito forte. Como não tinha janelas, não tinha forma nenhuma de tentar melhorar o cheiro.

Já era tarde e não queríamos reclamar, tomamos um remédio de sinusite e fomos dormir mesmo assim. No dia seguinte, quando voltamos dos passeios no final da tarde, percebemos que o cheiro havia melhorado bastante. Acredito que uma das camareiras tenha ficado com dó da gente e dado um jeito de melhorar a situação.

Fomos dormir mais felizes, pois pelo menos esse problema estava resolvido. Para a nossa surpresa, no entanto, fomos acordados por volta das duas da manhã por um cheiro fortíssimo de óleo de fritura vindo do ar condicionado. Parecia que estávamos dormindo em uma pastelaria.

Essa foi a gota d'água e decidimos finalmente reclamar, porque era impossível dormir com aquele cheiro. Falando com o recepcionista fomos informados que, infelizmente, o hotel todo estava ocupado (que surpresa) e teríamos que aguentar para, de possível, tentar resolver no dia seguinte.

Como dormir não era uma opção, pedimos o reembolso das diárias não utilizadas para tentarmos encontrar um outro hotel. É claro que, nessa hora, uma reserva foi magicamente cancelada e um quarto vagou. Mas é claro também que esse quarto era um "upgrade" para um quarto maior, e precisaríamos pagar a diferença do valor.

Como já eram duas da manhã e não dormíamos há dois dias, pagamos. A outra opção era brigar por um reembolso e sair carregando as malas de madrugada para encontrar outro hotel.
