Nice hotel the kitchen and restaurant staff were amazing. It took a day or two but I managed to workout how the AC unit worked but the staff were helpful and onboard quickly to fix any issues I had.
Lovely hotel and nice meals. Good service. Beautiful mountain location.
Although the location was beautiful, it was further away from Dharamshala and McLeod-G than I expected; about 25 mins by taxi and although taxi price made it OK, each trip out of the hotel was an excursion rather than a casual walk to socialse somewhere of see shops, restaurants etc.
The views
As there was a lack of alternative eateries and shops nearby, the hotel menu became samey

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE
VERY FAR FROM MCLEODGANJ AND OTHER TOURIST SPOTS
We had a wonderful stay at the resort, and a big part of that goes to the exceptional service provided by Rajeev and Sanjana at the reception. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From smooth check-in to assisting us with sightseeing arrangements in Dharamshala, they managed everything seamlessly.
During our trip, our car tyre got punctured, and Rajeev quickly arranged for a local repair person to get it fixed. This extra effort truly shows their commitment to guest satisfaction.
The food was another highlight of our trip—delicious and well-prepared. A special thanks to the hotel chef for the amazing meals that added so much joy to our experience.
Overall, we felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and memorable stay.
VALUE FOR MONEY BUT LITTLE FAR AWAY FROM CITY, CAM AND QUIT PLACE GOOD FOR HONEY MOON COUPLE
It's not located in the busy areas of Mcleodganj or Dharamshala, which worked well for us. There is a river point 10 minutes away, a tiny climb up to a point where you can sit and chill in the sun. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the service is good and quick. We tried the food one night and it tasted pretty decent. Breakfast is okay too,it would be a good idea to have a rotating menu instead of the same limited options. The tea needs to be improved.
Besides these small hiccups I think in terms of location and property it's a very good option.

It‘s not where booking says it is - the real location is 10 km away from Daramshala, not in Daramshala. Pretty big difference, especially when you are cycling and figure it out late in the evening. We told them, they did not look surprised, and they have not changed it as of now. Feels a bit scammy.
Quiet location, sunny alfresco area on 3rd floor, balcony, spacious room, large modern breakfast area.
The room had salt damp on the wall joining onto the bathroom.
This hotel is located on a peaceful part of Dharamshala which was appealing to me. Had secure parking for my bike. The staff were helpful and freiendly and the food was excellent.
