Pros:

lorsque je vais à Paris je réserve toujours dans cet hôtel pour une question de situation géographique personnel toujours à l'écoute très sympathique buffet du petit déjeuner parfait

Idéal pour un séjour de quelques jours en visite à Paris
Pros:

La situation à 15 mn de la gare de Lyon, dans un quartier calme. Notre chambre donnait sur une cours intérieure, juste idéal !
Le petit déjeuner bien garni dans une véranda lumineuse agréablement aménagée.
Et pour terminer, l’accueil souriant et la disponibilité du personnel !

Cons:

Il manquait un petit linge pour le visage: seul un grand linge pour le corps était à disposition, ce qui est apparemment un choix économique. J’aurais préféré avoir les deux linges changés tous les 2-3 jours plutôt qu’un seul changé quotidiennement.
Un crochet à l’entrée de la chambre serait le bienvenu pour accrocher les vestes.

Hotel super! Posizione ottimale e strategica, lo staff tanto disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio.
la prima notte c’è stato un problema di tubature nella camera, ma loro ci hanno subito trasferite per quella notte in un altro hotel vicino altrettanto magnifico, offrendoci anche i vari trasferimenti in taxi! in più, una volta tornate il giorno dopo, ci hanno dato una camera molto più grande e ci hanno offerto la colazione per tutto il soggiorno! un piccolo disagio si è trasformato in una bellissima esperienza in quest hotel, hanno gestito tutto nel miglior dei modi! Grazie a tutto lo staff molto professionale, ci tornerò! hotel nel cuore
