Good but overpriced!
Pros:

The hotel location is nice.
Breakfast is very good.
The lobby also is nice.

Cons:

Though good; it is not of 5 star standard; maybe 4 or even 3 star.
We stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment.
The flooring for the room was carpeted (no marble/ tiling) and the carpet was dirty with patches.
The walls are also very plain white with no wall hangings etc reqd of a 5 start hotel.
In many places the walls look old; needing repaint.
It is highly overpriced for what it can offer.

Pros:

These guys went the extra mile to make sure that the whole family was comfortable and cared for. There was a great holy celebration where the staff joined in with such good spirit. Roshni was wonderful and created a great experience with great energy that was warm and friendly. We had a great time celebrating Holi at our he hotel with all the staff.

Roshan, who works in the restaurant was wonderful and very attentive to all the dietary requirements. He’s a creative thinker and always has solutions for every challenge.

Both are a great asset to the grand Hyatt.

A great place to stay and experiment the bustling Mumbai. Thank you all at the Hyatt!
