Good spread at breakfast, good service.

Cons:

I had a bad experience at the live station. When I went to order at 10:36am, I was told it was closed because the closing time is 10:30am. Usually, before closing, the service team informs guests having breakfast about the last order and expected closing time, but that was seriously missing. I found many guests coming to the live counter to order but leaving disappointed.

Had to change our room 3 times. Smelt of cigarettes in no smoking room

الفندق قديم والاداوت مستهلكة كثيراً.. ادوات دورة المياة قديمة ومستهلكة وكثير عانينا في استخدامها ..
في مرة سقطت على أبنتي قطعة حديد من رشاش الاستحمام على رجلها وبقيت 3 أيام لا تستطيع المشي عليها .. اخبرت الفندق بذلك ولكن لا إجابية مع الخبر بأي نوع وتم تجاهل الموضوع

Perfect at any time for any reason of your stay
Pros:

Staff are very welcoming, friendly and supportive at any time , facilities and food were amazing , service is exceptional and cleanliness is great

Cons:

The doors of the rooms should have stoppers so they don’t make sound when closing as it was a bit annoying
