Pros:

Everything was good staff polite food clean room n hotel

Cons:

Need more lightening in the rooms .
Pool area needs to cater till 22h00 food and drinks also needs better lightening around the pool. Medical aid kit needs to be as per the health and safety act fully stocked .

Amazing hospitality of entire staff. Rooms are super spacious with great amenities and clean.
Breakfast is unbelievable, one of the best I experienced in my 40 years of travel staying in hundreds of hotels worldwide.
Two swimming pools with sunbeds.
15 min from airport, 30 to 45 min to south Mumbai.
100% recommend.

Overall stay, rooms were clean and serviced well

Cons:

Misinformation provided by the staff on timings and services, due to which my daughter missed out on time at the pool and I was unable to have lunch with my family whom I had invited to do so. Service recovery was nonexistent.
