Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay with a convenient location and I would definitely consider staying here agai
Pros:

I like the property because it is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The room is nice and the environment is quiet, which makes it a good place to rest.

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like about the property is that during the daytime there were loud door-slamming noises from other rooms, which sometimes startled me.

The floor towel provided in the room appeared to be torn when I arrived. I was slightly concerned it might cause a misunderstanding and that I could be held responsible for the damage, even though it was already like that.

Pros:

Probably the location and the on site cafe that opens in the evening. It was good.

Cons:

Soundproofing was poor. I could hear others in the lobby quite clearly. I don't recommend getting a room close to the reception. There was no toilet in one of the rooms in the connecting room. We had to share a toilet and the toilet was leaking water into the room.

Near to Teluk Intan, alot food within 2 km.

Cons:

The rooms were too close to each other, and noise from the other room could be heard as they were not soundproof. I was unable to sleep. People were smoking in the adjacent room and in the corridor even though it is a non-smoking area, and the owner had no control over this.
