Cons:

Very dirty, had to contact customer service to get clean towel and bed sheets, no soap in the bathroom, they don’t provide. Nosy place, the staff sitting next to the room door and talking till late night and since early morning, they don’t understand English and not helpful at all. Very bad service and place in general.

Pros:

The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked properly.

The hostel is near a shopping market, and transportation is convenient.

Cons:

The sink was clogged, so we had to use the shower hose. Washing our faces, brushing our teeth, and rinsing our mouths all had to be done by the toilet in the bathroom.

The provided bath towels were yellowish, and we didn’t dare use them.

The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom were almost empty, with only the dispensers left.

The sheets and pillowcases were clean, but the mattress was slanted to one side.

They didn’t fulfill their part of the booking. Water smells bad.
Pros:

Good air conditioner.

Cons:

Water had a bad smell. The room wasn’t very clean. We booked 2 twin rooms and they gave us 2 double beds. We had to pay extra for a mattress on the floor.
