Staff were difficult to communicate with
Closer to golden temple. The cleaning lady and room boys were nice and helpful
When we reached we didn’t like the reception service we received. We had no water, towel in the rooms. We took the rooms of 3 adult occupancy, received one bottle of water after requesting. No hot water, it comes two hours after you complain. We wanted to order food, they had very limited choices. They wanted to check my visa status, which I never experienced in any hotels in india. So, far I stayed in 4 different hotels in past 10 days. This is my whole family’s worst experience so far.
Not much to like except location.
This hotel has so much potential. The rooms are too dark, peeling wall paper, ants, dirty linen, the list goes on. I would not recommend this hotel in its present condition. Staff need to be more friendly.
the location is excellent
the hot water was turned ,we had to wait for for hot water for over 3 hours., which is unacceptable. hotels should have running hot water 24 hours

Very close to the golden temple, about 3-4 mins walk.
Parathas here were good.
The main turban guy helped us book our cab to and fro the airport as well (I forgot his name)
Not sure if the bed linen is changed on a daily basis, we did find random hair and some stain on our arrival.
nothing to like about..room does not have any space..suffocating rooms and washroom and charges are too much..10 rupees wala lays ka packet they r charging for Rs35+ tax..five star wali koi baat ni aur rates five star wale..worst experience in this hotel!! not at all recommended
nothing to like about this property..
There was no room service at all we have ask the staff to provide the towels and toilet tissue and they give us napkins instead of toilet paper and dirty towels 1☆
There'swas no WIFI. It was mentioned before booking that there's wifi
