安く見積もるなら、カプセルは最適解
Pros:

朝10時に、1度 部屋から完全退室。と聴いて驚きましたが
なるほど ベッドメイクのし直しとは。主に 初日、最終日、
イベント期間中に 朝風呂とお世話になりましたが、
アメニティが充実されていること、深夜2時頃まで入浴が可能と
いった所が 素晴らしい。と思いました

Cons:

上下２階部屋の 今回は上階に泊まらせて頂きました。
備え付けの 梯子が、少し危ないかな。と思ったので、
出来れば 脚立型の梯子でも良いのでは？と 思います。
部屋が並ぶ 室内も、そんなに狭く感じませんでしたから

駅から近く、周辺が飲み屋が多くてさかえてた！
サウナ、大浴場がついてるのもよく、値段も安くとても良かった。

Cons:

昭和レトロな雰囲気なので人によっては合わないかもしれない。
タバコの匂いが少々。

寝るだけならコスパ、アクセス最高

行ったことはないのに懐かしい感じがする
Pros:

幕張メッセでのイベントのため利用しました。
古き良い感じの雰囲気がありちょっとドキドキしました。
朝食がおいしく、朝風呂も入れてさっぱりして出かけれました。

Cons:

食事をする場所と、休憩場所が少ないかなとおもいました。
週末ということもあったので人が多かったのかなとおもいます。
あと、私は喫煙者なのであまり気にしませんでしたが、寝室側までたばこのにおいが来るのは、何とかならないかなぁとは思います。
